My last question(for now)..I promise

When I added my first number in the phone book of the V3, I put it on speed dial 1. But when I hold down 1, it calls the voicemail. Whats the deal, and does this mean that voicemail is permanently speed dial 1 no matter what?

left with 1-9 for one button dialing.

you mean 2-9 for one button dialing, since speed dial 1 is for voicemail
