Motorola RAZR V3

I got my V3 and using Cingular Service in NYC for a few months now and my service has been good up until a few days ago. Does anybody know if anything is wrong with the network? I get a lot of call fails and a lot of times when people dial in to my phone, it goes directly to voicemail. When I bought my phone in to the Cingular store, it was working fine. It's so annoying. I was wondering if anybody else in the NYC area is experiencing a similar problem.
