Does anyone know if the RAZR has Speaker-Independent Digit Dialing / Voice Command like the Motorola V265 for Verizon? My friend has the V265 and the Voice Command is amazing - you don't have to train your phone book to make voice activated calls. On the Motorola RAZR site it says it has "voice recognition", but I would like confirmation whether this is the same thing as Voice Command. This is an awesome feature that you'd think would be hyped if the RAZR had it. Thanks.

In a word: No.

Doesnt do it.

you may assign voice names to number, but cannot speak the number itself, unless of course that's the tag you made 😉

unfortunately phone doesnt do it...but cingular offers great service that does...voice recog for 4.95 a month you store all names and numbers on their web site except you program *8 on your phone under voice dial...this quickly takes yu to cingular voice dial service ...you can say name or digit dial and speak digits and phone connects you...Check it out...really works great and fast ...also if you change phones for any reason you dont have to reprogram #
