S/w upgrade for video recording

where can you download the s/w upgrade for video recording. The myhellomoto website has been closed down. Where is Motox when we need him?

if a hacker can create a software upgrade to allow video recording with sound, why wouldn't Mototorola or Cingular? Cingular makes $ when its customers use MMS.
