Motorola RAZR V3

I bought a DLINK bluetooth adapter for my computer.

I'm trying to send an mp3 to my tmobile razr.

It recognizes my razr (not sure my razr recognizes my pc though)

Error Message says: The file transfer was not successfull because bluetooth didnt respond, make sure OBEX file push profiles installed.

Anyone have any advice?
