I have had the same thing with my RAZR. I have had problems with fully charged H700, HS850, and HS820. the only one I have had work is the HS830. on the V710 they stay connected the hole time with out issue. other friends I know with RAZRs have also had the same issue. no one seems to know the fix, if there is one.
