Broken screen on RAZR V3

Disappointed that I cracked the outside screen on the phone within the first month. Found a replacement LCD lens on Ebay. Looks like you just pry out the broken bits and stick the new lens in.
Anybody know if it is as easy as that? or of other suggestions for a fix?
