Speakerphone - any problems?
After reading a whole bunch of stuff on Howard Forums, it seems people are having issues with the speakerphone on the 8100. Apparently, you (the cell phone user) can hear the other guy well, but he cant hear you well - static, echo, dropped words. I'm wondering if anyone here has had a chance to test this out. Is there really a problem, or are there just a bunch of LG haters on Howard Forums? Also, if this is a problem, can this be fixed in a firmware update? And how does this compare with the echo problem on the e815? Thanks.

OK, I've only had this phone a few days. Where the heck is the speakerphone?! 🙄

I don't have many problems with the speaker phone. Sometimes I do get static if the volume is turned up too high. However, I bought the Motorola Bluetooth speaker for my car... it works GREAT! It took all of 30 seconds to get it connected and I don't have any problems - No echoing, no volume issues, no nothing.
Good Luck.

I'm getting an echo with the speakerphone but I have only had the phone a few hours to test so I have yet to play around with volume as a possible culprit

those that I call have reported an echo big time. I 'm not sure I will exchange this phone for another or the 815
