Having problems so I'm going to exchange my phone tomorrow :(
I have had the phone for over 2 weeks and really do like it. But I just recently started experiencing problems with it. I am noticing the fading of the volume, even with the auto volume and voice privacy off. The volume is fine when I use the speaker or headset though. Then today I noticed that all the pictures I took with the camera since I got it have mysteriously disappeared. There are still squares labeled with the file names, but they are blank! Very weird. I will go to a Verizon store tomorrow and see if they can exchange it for me. The thing that sucks is that I downloaded a ring tone from VZW tones for $2.99, but the cust service rep said I could call to get a credit for it once I get the new phone. If you drop your phone a lot or scratch it a lot, have you considered the leather case? It's really very protective, and doesn't add too much bulk.
My old LG-6000 has a leather case and is in perfect condition, after 2 years' use, including several drops. 😁
