Request denied by phone error?

Anyone else get this?

I set up Mobile PhoneTools and have been able to transfer stuff to my phone, but Im having trouble transferring stuff from my phone to my computer.

I get the following error:

Request denied by phone (Internal server error (0x50))

can anyone tell me why i cant get pix and flix off my computer?

PS - I will post a walkthrough for all the people struggling to get phonetools working with their v3c and multimedia studio. also how to get it free ;)

nobody has had a similar problem? have you been able to transfer files FROM PHONE TO COMPUTER?
