I just bought the q today and I went to this website on my phone,

downloaded the beta version and the phone cannot view the file.. Any suggestions? I too am an avid AIM user and MUST have it on my phone, if I cant get it I'm going to return the phone and go back to my V.. Any help please?!!???!!!??? I was told that website would be the fix but it didn't work. Please let me know. Thanks!

If it does not say compatiable with Windows mobile 5.0 then it will not work.

Did you install the correct application? From what I saw, the beta version is available for Pocket PCs and the ALPHA version is available for Smartphones.

Also keep in mind, Alpha versions alway tend to be buggy. Then the users report the bugs, they are addressed and then a beta is available (usually with most bugs fixed). Once blessed the beta becomes production.

I had the same problem. I restarted my phone at one point during the day and then later on noticed that the agile messenger icon was in my applications menu. I clicked on it and it worked! Must be like windows on any other computer. Sometimes after downloading it says "You must restart computer for changes to take effect," or something like that. Hope you can get it working.
