Can anyone get it working on your new Tour ??? I utilized this program ALOT on my curve but everytime i download it when i try to click "Accept" it wont process.

Is "Bing" really that slow to make it compatible from 4.7 to 4.7.1 ??!! 🤣

I have posted before here and on other foums about poor service from Sprint, so I think it only fair to post when thier service is great. First off my wife has a Palm Centro, the touch screen was not functioning, and the device was randomly vibrating, I made 1 call to Sprint service and they sent me a replacement phopne in the mail that day. I received ot 2 days later. Secondly I bought the Palm Pre the day it came out from Radioshack, I had to exchange the phone several times due to a number of issues I had passed my 30 days by about a week and a half when the last Pre I got was still giving me issues, Sprint gave me no problems in returning the phone and letting me get another phone for the 2 year upgrade price, which I purchased online an...

Looking for Pre. 93041

Checked Sprint website for 'local' Sprit store. Address 35 miles away. Did not call ahead and drove to store. Store closed, with no hours (days/times) posted on door. Place looked like a dump.

Local 'Best-Buy' & Costco does not carry Pre.

Where I live is a 'major' college town with Apple store, Best-Buy, Costco, etc, yet nowhere to sample the Pre.

Bad-sales basics.

Does anyone out there actually know if theres a 3rd party employee upgrade program. I keep getting mixed information. Some say no full retails, others say dealer cost, and some have said they can go to other locations to get it done.

Any clarity out there?

anyone know if these are really gonna happen? i have the pre and love it so far (although my first one broke). my sister has the iphone (and unfortunately i see her a lot). i understand the pre is not going to get an app store like the one that the iphone has but it seems i am hearing mixed info about new apps coming. some developers say they are coming, some say that palm is wanting to go a different direction with apps. anyone have some good insight on this or a time frame? thanks!

I cant tell you how many times a day I get customers wanting to swap to their new dcs phone they got from telesales and guess what, they dont live in a dcs market!!! so now I get to got through the crap of trying to activate a dcs phone that cant support all the features. not fun at all. Also they dont want to talk to you again to get the proper phone because you already messed up! there goes my AHT!!!!!!!

Any employees here have any news on the Tour availability? I can't get a straight answer as to when it will be available for employees. It should be any time now. Our stores are selling them as of this week.

Got a chance to see the "big red" Tour and it has visual voicemail ... Does Sprints Tour have this epic function as well ???!!! If it doesn't does anyone know if Sprint will add it in an update ??!!

And they were out of stock. I was going to be a brand-new customer switch my services from my T-mobile Blackberry Curve 8900 to the Tour, but it looks like that is not going to happen now. Seriously I work for Verizon and we've have dozens of them lying around. Way to blow it Sprint!

I've become so frustrated with Sprint and their policies that i needed a place to vent

I've owned a Palm Centro Since 2/08 I returned my Centro today for repairs to the Navigation keys

Mind you this has been the 5th Centro I've returned since 2/08

The sprint reps noted that i only had this model for three weeks before it broke

So you would think they would offer me a NEW Phone

Nooooo that would be to easy to do instead they offer me a refurbished Centro and the Manager tries to charge me 120.00 for the refurbished model

😎 well i would trade my iphone for it ...got my first one in via ups and directship for one of the doctors at yale. Activated it a couple of hrs before he was coming to so i can play with it abit...trackball is a huge improvement setting up email is a breeeeze no more blackberry support....internet provisions automatically again no more blackberry support. Get it, sell it...forget the pre- and yes i work for sprint

On one of my Yahoo accounts, I keep getting the "login credentials failed" message, and it asks me to re-enter my password. Things will be fine for a day or so, then it will pop up again.

Anyone else experiencing this? I have deleted and re-added the email account in hopes that it will fix the issue.

I went in to my local sprint store today looking for signs of a Sunday Blackberry Tour Launch

And to my surprise there was no Blackberry Tours out to play with

I asked the manager if they were preparing for a launch, and he said they had gotten a memo that the Tour release date was being pushed back to July 30th

Wondering if anyone can confirm that
