Need a SMART sprint employee's help

Here is the deal. I have a family talk plan with 3 lines. One of the lines is a friend of mine and he is talking wayyyyy to much so I want to put him on his own plan. He owes sprint money because he is an idiot so I can't get it transfered to his name. I want to take his number and put it on a separate account with its own minutes and I would love it to have his OWN bill. Is this possible? Please help me out with this.

Questions regarding Picture Mail

I have the LG Rumor Phone.

I recently got Picture Mail so I can send pictures from my phone to other cell phones and email addresses.

Now here is the big thing....I notice that I need to be "connected to the Internet" to be able to send/rec my pictures. Now how can I make sure that I wont incure any charges while I am on the Internet (Becausee I was told that if I pay $5 for Picture Mail I would not have any other Internet charges).

I also feel kind of suspicious because I see the little up/down arrow symbols that stand for Internet connection. Now if these symbols are not color and grey does this mean that you are not actually using your internet connection?

One Number For DC And Mobile Question

Since it will be necessary to include the asterisks within the mobile # when contacting QChat phones from DC, will Sprint offer one number for DC as well, with the inclusion of the asterisks? (e.g. mobile # 555-555-5555 with DC # 555*555*5555)?

Please explain

I have only had Sprint for a few months, however, I am trying to understand the upgrade discount. If the discount doesn't come off the 2 year price like with verizon, then what good is it? Any thoughts would be great.
