store reps

I am so tired of store reps telling customers lies just so they can make a sale..Then when the customer go back to the store that rep acts like they didn't do anything wrong, whenever they are just adding things to customers accts. adding phones. Then that store rep calls us and yells and demands things like they are not wrong...Just so tired of it.

SERO Help/Information

Hey everybody

I just got off of the phone with sprint and the rep that I was talking to brought up the SERO plans. However, he mentioned that if any problems were to arise the local stores could do nothing to help me and I can only deal with Sprint over the phone:

>Has anyone found this to be a problem?
>This offer almost seems to good to be true, have people really had success with it?
>Finally, the rep did not give me an email or anything to log into the SERO website with, is there a universal one that works?

BB Pearl and Navigation

I have a BB Pearl with Simply Everything Plan. While playing with some of the apps, I find that Sprint Navigation is very useful for my business (Real Estate), however I ran into a little problem. I can't get Sprint Navigation to announce turn-by-turn directions through my wired headset or bluetooth headset.

Can a headset be used with Sprint Navigation to tell you turn-by-turn instructions? How?

opera mini

hey all. i think i read this somewhere a while back... my friends service is interupted due to non payment and he can still use opera mini. how is this so and will there be any additional charges? he has one of the power vision unlimited packages but not sure how that works when service is interupted

Is there a way to get FREE ring tones?

I have the LG Rumor. I am not on any Data plan. Is there a way to get FREE ring tones via txt/pic/video message (for instance via a 3rd party website?) I even bought myself a MicroSD card so I can transfer ring tones from my fiance's phone to mine. She has the Palm Centro. When we try to put the ring tones from her phone onto the MicroSD card it says they are locked. How do you "unlock" them?

I'm upgrading my phone tomorrow and am SOOO confused, so I ask you, which is better? The Katana LX M520, or the Muziq?

I text, take pics for myspace, and check my email on my phone. What would be the best for the buck?

CURVE at Best Buy

If you get the Sunday circular or go to the website, they have the Sprint curve on it for $179.99. I called the local store(chicago) and he said they were suppose to have it already and dont.

Simply Everything (restricted) Family Plan some day?

I was wondering if Sprint would ever offer a Simply Everything (like a 450 or 800 minute) family plan someday? I'm due to renew my Family Plan, but was waiting on the newer phone that are coming before doing so. Was wondering if they would ever offer such a beast....

so, stores can't backdate feature adds?

or would that be indirects only? I called hte local store to backdate a texting add-on, they couldn't do it. they didn't htink that customer service could do it either, but said I could try. I tried, and customer service, for the umpteenth time, said that they added the correct feature, but said it in a way that made me doubt they knew how to tie their shoes, much less operate a mouse correctly. (they need to train international reps on how to SOUND intelligent) I'll see if she actually did what I wanted her to do, but it is frusterating that a local store wouldn't be able to do something as simple as a back-date, then tell me it's policy not to, when within the current bill cycle, it should be always an option....

what is the best phone

I am about to upgrade and am trying to find the biggest bang for my buck. I am wondering your opinions on what is the best pda and what is the best regular phone. I text a little and make phone calls... I would use the pda package if I had it.

about PIN and Notification Method

when create a new account please input the Additional Security Notification Method: SMS and put the primary sub PTN so the customer may recieve sms with PIN if he/she forgets. happends 3 of 10 times. 😁
Also dont asume customer first car was "jackie" or any other female name, or street grew up was "mexico" "canada"; or the hobby "go out for a walk on a sunny day with my friends or family and buy some icecream ... etc.. etc.. " LOL

new system, new rules

so.. i've just been informed in a team meeting, that effective immediately for us at my call center, and i'm sure others as well, we will now be required to meet our tech metrics asap or be demoted to bgn and docked our tech pay.$1.50/hr more. so, we are required this asap when we just learned a new system. starting point required on all calls, which moves slower than a snail, and fill out another tracker on paper. this also an issue with most tech reps of not having thier tools in this center. at least the majority. repassist.. yea.. i spent 40 minutes on a call waiting on repassist to help me. yea.. and max? umm... new qa's say we dont get docked for not offering, but sprint still wants us to sell or be fired. we have to now be at 50% or b...

Online Contact Storage Question

I've heard that for $2.00 per month, you can store the numbers in a Sprint phone online. I need to do that for my wife. She is getting a new Sanyo phone and currently has an ic502 with a TON of numbers in her phonebook.

Can anyone help me with the steps necessary to do this, so i don't go blind transferring all those entries by hand? 😎

Has anyone heard of the new HTC phones that are scheduled to come out later this year???

Rafel (like the TMNT) and the Diamond

Rafel - replaces the Touch

Diamond - replaces the Mogal

both are said to have a 3MP camera, WIFI, VGA display, and support HTC's new Minila interface.

Anyone know anything about this???
