My phone is shot. Our contract has expired and we are moving to a city where U.S. Cellular isn't available. I don't want to spend $100 to replace my phone for 3 months of use. For over a year and a half I have gone to this website and listened to some of you people blast us cell, and for the most part i defended them from you. However last night changed everything. In one fell swoop my manager caused me to loose what i saw in this company; and now I see that the DO that they love to throw around is nothing more than a smoke screen that they use to confuse new people into believing that us cell is out for the little guy and is interested in promoting the people that show intitive and desire to be here.

Hey I work in a retail store and I had a lady come in that wants to activate 4 new lines of service, she went to Sprint and they pretty much offered to waive all 4 of her actiavation fees, and offered her 15 percent off her bill every month becuase she was a teacher. She is coming back tomm night to talk to me. She likes our plans and knows we pick up great where she lives, but she refuses to pay 4 actiavation fees. I talked to my sales manager to see if we could possible waive 2, he pretty much said his hands were tied. I called my store manager who told me to sell the benefits of our plans, but said she cant make any exceptions. Sales in the last 2 months have been slow and 4 lines from 1 cust is pretty rare (the average being 1 or 2)...

I have worked for Us Cellular for 3 years and this company is going to sh*t. Look at the phones we sell, 60% of them wouldn't even make it on Verizon or Cingulars line up. There all crap, all you people can say what you want about the testing we on phones before we release them, but half the phones we release still have issues.

If we are going to be able to compete with the big dogs we have to sell our phones for cheap. Our store has been dead for months and we just heard prices on handsets are going up!!! Everyone i've talked to has said there stores are becoming slower and slower, the rates plans blow, if you think they benefit the customer your wrong they benefit corporates pockets. I cant even count how man...

What the heck is this? Just saw it on the new pricing matrix.... Is it a program or a phone?

I have a Kyocera Slider Remix. I can send pictures in any size but every message with a picture I recieve changes it to 176 x 132. My previous phone was a v710 and that could recieve pictures that were 640 x 480. I know i can recieve large messages with sounds. So it can't be that the phone can't handle the data. So what is the problem.
