I have been looking at some of these posts and seen recommendations for the MOTO V323i, The MOTO Razor, The Nokia 6165i, and the LG UX-355. As i am looking for a phone myself these have been helpful, however i am looking for somthing beyond durabilty, ease of use and good reception, while these are important i need something with a good screen, every thing is easy to read/ good contrast, and a keypad that is the same. Recommendations would be very helpful.

I went to my local US Cellular store a few weeks ago and bought the RAZR v3m, it is decent for reception however i have noticed it dose not feel very durable and the side buttons are too easily activated. I plan to swap phones in the 30 period, i have some ideas of what i might get but your opinion would be greatly appreciated.

Anyone think the secret shop system is a joke? WE DO! We had a USC Rep in from Chicago and we told him what we thought about the shop program and asked him to spend time on our sales floor and shop us according to the shop checklist, he did.

Thankfully a woman came in that was thinking of poting from Verizon, my associate did her thing, closed the sale, built a raport with the customer. I asked him what he thought of the interaction he said it was perfect. Then I gave him the shop check list and told him to fill it out like a secret shopper. She scored a 65%. Problem? I think so, and he agreed. I told him the we are not about robotic or cookie cutter sales.

I have sales experience although it has been awhile and have recently decided to seek a new career. I am wondering how much the average sales / customer service person makes at US Cellular's retail locations? I am in New Hampshire if that helps.

U.S. Cellular stock dropped $1.55 yesterday. TDS dropped $.60. TDS Common Stock dropped too. I think they are both about to file Chapter 11 if they don't merge(USCC) with Alltel soon.lol "U.S. Cellular,Come and get your love." Just joking, but I think something is going on. This is the candid burn list (PLZ ADD)

1. When low battery sign comes up it flashed the red status lcd. How retarded is that (the battery is low so im gunna flash the red light to make it die faster.

2. the backlight doesn't turn off when in call. I have tried every setting and it stays on.

3.Sometime when turning on the camera it comes up with an application error. and wont go away no matter what you do.

4. Battery is ****.

5.speaker doesn't work worth a ****. (Mine is also blown it depends)

I Needed to send my 6265i in on warenty and they gave me a candid. And they gave my roommate the SoHo. My 6265 was so hackable. idk how to do anything on these phones. Is there anyway to access an internal web browser. Does anybody know the security codes? I also was wondering if my freind could send me some of her ringtones through picture mail? i seem to be able to do it on this phone. Any help would be apperciated.
