So I just, and I mean I just hung up the phone, talked to my rep and he said the ROKR won't be released to them until the "last chunk of this year." Or more specifically, December. You can hope that the date might be different for you, I live in Bloomington/Normal, Illinois, and sometimes different areas release them at different times. That makes me sad, because up until now the rumors were August! December is soooooo far away! 😡

I was told by our AAE that USCC was going to come out with Military and Company discounts. Much like Verizon, AT&T, and Sprint do. He said it was July when it launches. Just wondering if anyone knows more on this. Have many customers on the fence for us, but get 20%+ off there monthly bill at other companies.

is it true that prepaid texting is going to be raise up to $.20? if that happens wouldn't that be a breach of contract and ppl would be allowed to cancel without any fees?

Just wondering if I could hear from some fellow USCC users who own or have owned the Moto KRZR. My lg vx6100 which was a great phone finally sh*t the bed ☹️ so now I am in need of a replacement. My questions are

*Is the front really delicate ?
*Is the battery life crappy? (have read mixed reviews)
*Has there been a software update on these phones with uscc ?
*Do you recommend this phone or should I wait ?
*Is there anything interesting in the near future ?

Just wondering about the easyedge unlimited plan(9.95). What exactly do I get with this plan? Can i browse the web and go to any website i wish or am i limited to certain sites? Also, is e-mail, weather, sports, stocks (ect.) included in this price or do i have to pay extra?

They claim to be compatible with the Razr V3M for US Cellular, which I have. They say that all I have to do is "Click the EasyEdge logo from my main menu, Click browse shop, and scroll until I see Live TV. Then follow the onscreen instructions to download MobiTV." However nowhere under any EasyEdge shop folder do I see anything like this. Could it be a mistake on the websites part? Did USCC offer this at one time, and then remove it? Does USCC offer anything like this? Or have they blocked ...

This is so sad (I work for this company)

I, for the life of me, can't figure out how to get my krzr to auto clean-up my inbox for my text messages. I set it up in the message settings, but sure enough, when my inbox is full its says "message waiting, delete old messages". I do this, then I never receive the message.... This is so frustrating. Is there a trick to this, or is there something wrong with my phone?

I am a transplant from the Washington, DC area to Charlottesville, VA, where I now live. I have had Verizon wireless service all along, even here in Charlottesville, because I wanted to keep a DC number available to family and friends back home. After three years, I really don't think that's necessary. Verizon does not have wireless service here in Charlottesville (in other words, I can't get a Charlottesville number on it), although with Alltel having been sold off last week, there is a slight chance that Verizon could possibly buy it. Both Alltel and US Cellular, though, have service local to Charlottesville. I am not completely impressed by Alltel's national plan coverage, and I will not be using nTelos or Sprint for sure. My question is, does this mean using the internet/browser on my phone is free during nights/weekends? Or is this just worded badly?

Does anybody know when USCC will introduce an express air card to be sold in our network? Also if we have a driver developed yet for windows vista...it has been a long wait....And I still have not received confirmation that the driver you can download will work (full proof) I have some customers that we download the driver from the kyocera website to their notebook and it works fine, however the majority we attempt do not work. Help!

Ok get this, My brother sends his phone in for the third time because it is still broken. They say they will put some kind of rush on it. So a week later my mom sends in her phone on repair. 3 weeks later we get a call and her phone is back. They go to the store and pick up the phone. Still completely broken like it was before. What are they doing at the repair centers? Probably picking their noses. anyway my mom is giving them their ration of crap they deserve. Because they gave her a candid as a loner phone (Nothing more needs to be said there). So to get her out of there hair they tell her she can upgrade and she is only had her plan for not even a year.

How does that work?? Is there some new thing they are doing?
