Possible?

Long story short. I have two lines, one that is eligible for a new phone and one that is not. I spoke to a customer service rep the other day and asked how much it would cost to get a RAZR for the line that is not eligible. She said to buy the phone with the discount for the line that is eligible then transfer it over to the other line and use the existing phone for the line that is eligible. Sorry if this sounds confusing, but is it possible?

Any chance for the Fin?

Samsung has just release the Fin and I hear it is their first phone in the Helio series that will not be exclusive to Helio. It looks like a great phone. Any chance that USCC will pick it up?? yea I know I'm dreaming but that's all I have left.

help!

My brother has had us cell for just over a year and he is moving to Florida. It is obviously outside of their local area and the rep told him he had to cancel AND pay the ETF. Is there any way around it? And this really isn't fair at all especially cause he wants to keep the service. Is there any way to get around the ETF. (he doesn't want to do an COR or do the contract trade thing online.)

RIM Blackberry 8800

Does anyone out there know when US Cellular will be getting an updated Blackberry? I bought my first one about 2 months ago (8703) and a friend of mine just got the new 8830 World Edition from Verizon and the phone has many features that the 8703 does not have. Anyone??

Coming to USCC

Is there any plans to bring the ROKr Z6m or RAZR2 Z9m? Or is US Cellular not going to get those phones for a long time, or never. Thanks.

No Warranty for Battery

Here's the difference between a Legacy Carrier like Verizon and a regional one like USCC. According to my local USCC repair center the standard issue battery on my Razr v3c isn't holding charge due to overuse. 1500 min per month within my plan. The phone and battery are only 10 months old. One USCC customer service rep stated that as long as the repair center could verify the battery problem the battery would be replaced under warranty. The repair tech suggested I call back the Customer Service dept. and request battery replacement under warranty. Different customer service rep transferred me to customer relations. The customer relations rep. stated that there exists NO WARRANTY COVERAGE for batteries. However they would send one to me for $...

I Don't Know If This Is Possible But.....

Is there any way, any way at all, that I could get the new ROKR when (or after) it comes out with a discount and NOT extend my contract??? 😳 I've had USCC since June '06 and I had my RAZR V3c replaced once under warranty, and am in the process of an insurance claim to get my second one replaced 👿 .(!)

But i really want the ROKR, and not have to pay full price and not extend. Is this at all possible. 😕

Thanks in advanced! 😁

FOREVER

Seriously - Why does US Cellular take forever to release the new phones. The Moto Q has been out for MONTHS now and it's still not out yet with USCC. The Razr2 will be coming out soon and USCC probably won't get until 2008.
I've been with USCC for about 5 years now and I'm thinking about switching to Cingular/At&t. They have a way better phone selection and I hear the service is better also.
USCC really needs to step it up.

Is there an issue with the BB 8703e?

Bought the first one and it kept shutting itself off randomly and failing to send text. Got it swapped out yesterday and already this new one is doing the same again.

What the deuce?

Legal / Investigations

What is the best means to work with USCC in reference to gaining information about phone records and ownership based on a phone found at a crime scene. Phone number? Email? Anything would help.

Thanks
