I was wondering if uscc has ever had this phone? If they don't what is another good phone for the elderly that they have? (needs to be simple big with not alot of buttons(but big ones)

has anyone heard of a new version of easyedge? what about real wap access? ev-do? streaming media?

Has USCC ever given new or renewing customers free phones? Or will they ever? I know they do the penny phone thing, but at present that's only one phone in certain markets, and usually requires 90 day EE. I can't tell you how many sales I've lost b/c customers-especially renewing customers-want a free phone and I can't give it to them. EVERY other major company-VZW, Sprint, and Cingular-offers free phones. Granted, they don't offer some of the great features that USCC does in the calling plans, but they do offer free stuff, and let's face it, that's what people want. As a telesales agent, this really sucks and hurts my numbers, which in turn hurts my pocket. Anybody know, or is this just the way it is? ☹️

i noticed that you can enter your own url to listen to / watch media i know it scans the sites I've entered but none have worked i get an unsupported media error... any one know?

I wanted to know what to do to get my mp3's from my computer to my KRZR? I was sold the wrong memory card ... got that straightened out, but my rep said he didn't know all that much about the phone and didn't know how to do this ...if anyone could help me with what I need to do? Do I need software...or a cable or both?

Anyone else having trouble with the site? If you select 'plans' or 'phones' it asks for your zip code. No matter what I enter it says that they do not provide wireless service in that area. They've been providing service in the area for the past 15 years.

I got the KRZR today and love it...what would I need to do to get mp3's on it? I got the SD card but don't know where to go from there.

I work for USCC, I just bought a Krazr and a flash card. I have a great laptop and i have tried everything to get songs downloaded to my flash card and onto the phone.

I copy the songs to the card, the card has them... I put the memory card in my phone and my phone cannot find the songs....

suggestions?
