I just got these headphones for my LG VX8300...
Does anyone know why certain songs would only play out of one side of the headphones??? I had a problem with some songs only playing from the left headphone... any thoughts???

I have the Motorola V-325 which is overall a good phone (but not the problem). It comes from Verizon with the Get It Now feature. I don't download games or anything from Verizon so that feature is blocked. However, I do use the phone to make voice recordings as a memo device. Well, I have been plagued for months with 1 minute data charges to my bill that I thought I had not made. After many long phone calls to Verizon I have finally discovered that the simple act of making a voice recording on my phone utilizes the GIN feature and even though GIN is blocked, it still makes the charge. This is a "feature" of GIN that can't be changed! The nice tech guy at Verizon sent me this extract:

Ok guys, we really need to watch what info we post on this board.

We are privy to info before it comes out, we need to stop running here and posting it before it is released.

I have seen many people who post prices and release dates before VZW makes them available to the general public, speculation is fine, but the details need to stop, if we keep posting them on here they will eventually stop giving us info ahead of time, also posting the info that is not yet released to the public could cost you your job.

The reason I say this is that a few months back I received a nice letter in the mail from the all mighty higher ups saying I needed to stop posting inside stuff on this website.

I have always valued your opinion on here and would like it now! I switch phones all the time and am currently in an old v710 (great reception) I have been kicking back and forth getting the new krzr! Only problem my company hasn't got them yet so I would have to buy it full retail from Vzw. The reviews on PS haven't really helped alot. I know you want the new water proof ph. but what do you think of the krzr?

Verizon hacked the Bluetooth SYNCH profile out of the LG Chocolate? That's the only profile that BMW uses! I remember that Bimmer was the driving force behind Verizon adding SYNCH to the V710 1.0R firmware release.

I'd be baffled if Verizon dropped support for BMW, but, sure enough, it's not on the Verizon compatability matrix for that car.

Quick question -- When you email a ringer using [email protected] , what type of file do you need to have the ringer be? MP3? or does it have to be MIDI because my audio converter can't do that 😢

I was wondering about the features on it because the customer care on prepaid said I can activate any verizon phone although it don't have vcast would I still be able to use get it now for games and ringtones also would I be able to use mobile web and my last question is which phone would be the best to buy

I am in Bermuda and the reception on my RAZR is great. Last yeat if you did not have a tri-mode phone to work in analog, receprion was poor.

Looking at foreign sites. This is Stereo BT capable and MediaFLO. I'm guessing this will be Verizon's first MediaFLO phone. Unless the rumors about the 9900 were true about a S/W upgrade will unlock it (doubtful).

Am I eligible for replacement?

Hello, new to tec stuff on cell phones. Im leaving nextel (sprint) for verizon next month. Looking at lots of phones. Ive settled on either the samsung 990, lg 8300, or wait for lg 9900, or wait for lg8600 flip. But..
I really would like to some how watch recorded tv and other home movies that I have created on my mac. They are done in .mov.
Does the phone have to have some kind of movie player? I emailed samsung and they said the 990 can't do that. Do they just say that?

customer tried to buy a car charger from me to use on her v3m so I sold her a regular v3 charger

she came back and said her phone rejected the charger and it said "unauthorized charger"

so basically you can only use chargers sold by Verizon Wireless stores now???
