OK heres the plan

So Ive thought and thought and thought about it...how do I get my transfers down? I mean how dare I help with 1 call rez by transfering someone to the correct dept. So I think today what Im going to do is...tell the cus that I'm going to transfer them..then ooooops I accidently hit the drop button instead of hold

what do yall think?

A zero transfer rate today for me 🙂

I'm from Canada and am not sure of what exactly goes on down there. But why does it seem that almost every cust I speak to has their own attorney?

Another sunny day to sit and waste away...

Well folks,the weather is great and the sun is warm and bright and I gotta work till ten tonight....

I hate it...I work all week till Saturday,and 10 bux sez that its gonna rain on that day...

And I have to work on my birthday,the one day that I asked for off when they first hired me,so they make me work it....yeah,like THATS gonna happen....

I swear,working on your birthday,no VGH on sunny days....

Ya think,maybe,just maybe,they do this all on purpose?

Sun is shining as I sit and listen to whining...

Man,its rained her like,EVERYDAY for the past 3 weeks and finally the best sunny day in forever shows up and I'm stuck here listening to people who can't even read an invoice.I mean sure,they can use the phone,dial the number and make the call,but they can't pay for it nor understand the fact that they have to pay for the service,feature,call,roaming,etc.I could be on a nice beach somewhere,with one of those really funky umbrella drinks in my hand,yet,here I sit.......Poor me.

All I really wanna do is barbq...

New Rate Plans

Hey everybody how are the new plan s going over with your customers? Mine was right PO's because some rep gave her the old plans and she called back 15 minutes later and got the new plan from me and thought I was just making it up. Why do people always think that the second person they talk is the one that's mistaken? How would I benefit from that like seriously. We don't change the plans just to inconvenience HER! There's no "Oh Ms. Smith just called in and was told this Quick! let's change it before she calls back!" Where do people get these ideas?

TDMA customer are really something

I tell you tdma customers are really something i'm on a mixed tdma/gsm split, and they think i have a stockpile of phonesm and holding out to not give a discount, i have a few on my own,and if i didn't think i would get fired, would sell them on the side, but i know the 1 time i tried would get my ass fired.

I hit par 1 time this month out of 22 shifts

had a "team" meeting last night about "PAR" whatever the hell that is. TL had all the stats for the whole month for par for each rep on the team. I hit par only once and I was in the gophone split. I had so many drop calls, and my handle time was 243 for the whole day.

The point i'm making is that we can't control some of the stats that are included in par like transfers and short calls. And handle time is not adjusted when we have to wait 25 mins for someone to answer our hand or if we are hold with another dept.
the other point im making is that the con sucks and treats their employees like ****.

Customer on the Move-Nat'l Service Transfer Team

Does anyone know anymore about this...is this still active...even after the merger finalized, you could still do transfers from a blue affilate to blue or vice versa...does anyone know if this is still active...i think the call center is in canada

Those Wacky Transfers

Just got out of our team meeting which did reaffirm my suspicions as of late. Teams who have been passing PAR flawlessly over the last while have been (surprise, surprise) NOT offering to transfer customers! This has been a common practice at Convergys sites as well and has finally taken ahold of people here. The only problem is is that quality will still give you a zero call if you don't offer to transfer. So, what's ultimately more important for individual job security and the future of this and any other centre? PAR or Quality?

Please look at the billing account to see if customers are sponsorship accounts BEFORE telling them they can't get certain phones!
