Do you have to get a seperate text messaging plan to cover text messages? What about e-mails? Are emails considered text messages or are emails covered under the blackberry plan?

Customers Switching To AT&T From CellOne

I had a customer come in and ask about an ad in the paper stating that if Cell One customers switch to AT&T, they can get Rollover and Unlimited messaging. I explained that he could with an AT&T plan. He thought he could keep his Cell One plan and get those features. WHAT PART OF "SWITCH TO AT&T" DON'T YU UNDERSTAND?!?

BlackJack II or Pantech Duo?

I really want a qwerty keyboard that pulls out, however I heard that dust gets under the screen easily as well as the product(Duo)becoming flimsy after constant normal use. I need advice, all help appreciated.

AT&T will carry the blue SE K850a instead of the green one!

Whether the green one will be released as well remains to be seen... I personally like the green one more than the blue one. How about you guys?

iPhone Woes--REP HELP?

You may want to brace yourself because this could be a long one...

I recently purchased an iPhone with the full knowledge that a $20/month iPhone data package was required to activate that phone's features. However, upon asking a local corporate store representative more about the exact requirements, I was informed that it was only required to keep the data plan for the first month (just to get the phone up and running).

Never keen on putting all my faith in one man's information, I returned home and did some research to confirm what I had been told...and from the innumerable amount of articles that did indeed confirm that info, I took it to be the truth.

However, after purchasing the iPhone from my local Apple store, activat...

basic how to question

I know this is very basic, but I need to know how to forward all calls from my phone to another number. Also is it possible to have all incoming SMS messages automatically forwarded to another phone? I know this is very simple but I really do appreciate any help you can give me!

By the way, anybody know when ATT is going to release the Blackberry Pearl 2 (8110, 8120 or 8130)?

Thanks!

I ported my number over to AT&T last night from Sprint. Phone calls are working fine as of 7:00 pm yesterday but I do not have any inbound text messages. Is this normal?

Premier Discount & iphone

So I heard that now corporate users are able to use the iphone. One question, with my national business discount, I get 19% off my monthly bill, from what I remember when I thought about getting an iphone I was going to lose that discount. Can I now get the iphone and still get my premier monthly discount?

New Phone, which one?

I've got a buddy in DC that isn't terribly phone savy. He doesn't care about features galore, but wants a SOLID phone that makes good calls, and he doesn't want to be laughed at cause his phone looks ancient.

(He's still got a nokia bar from 2002 or something. It's starting to crap out on him.)

I don't have AT&T up here in Idaho, so I'm asking you guys: which phone should he either upgrade to, or buy outright?

Thanks ahead.

CelluarOne (Dobson) isn't switching user's over to AT&T

I spoke with a Supervisor today regarding why I couldn't buy myself a AT&T Blackberry and use it on the network since CellularOne has switched over to AT&T. The Supervisor says that those CellularOne customers who are on special plans through CellularOne ($50 or $99.95 unlimited plans) can't upgrade (not even buy their own phone)and use it on the AT&T network because AT&T is keeping CellularOne user's on their OLD LEGACY system. AT&T hopes that by not allowing CellularOne customers to upgrade their phones will result in them leaving their cheap plans and coming over to more expensive AT&T plans. If your SIM card goes bad your out of luck, as AT&T will not supply you with a new sim card. You will be forced to switch over to AT&T when this ...
