doing some research on prices and considering porting over to at&t.

if i get the $89.99 1400 mins family plan add an iphone and an unlocked, none at&t branded smartphone and family unlimited text how much am i looking at each month?

i know the math looks easy i was on the at&t website and the internet options are confusing. what is family data unlimited or data unlimited? i know the iphone has to get the $30 iphone data.

Some seriously hot looking phones, but with such... crap... coming out from AT&T via Android (Backflip... Dell Aero looks like it's gonna be every bit as much ass as well)

I'm gonna be very sad at christmas if I have to pass on an upgrade, or stick with iPhone, because AT&T is freakin up Android...

I travel a lot and live in a rural area. Currently have Samsung Sync that is on its last leg and soon will need to get new phone. I don't need a smart phone or phone with internet access, but do need one with good reception, voice quality and complete address book with room for home address, birthday, etc. The AT&T rep said there were only 2 without data plan he would recommend. They were Samsung A777 and Nokia Mural. However, they both have poor user reviews. Anyone else know of any other options. (I don't want to buy a separate PDA just for addresses. The Samsung Mythic, Impression and Soltice are rated well, but require the $20 per month plan. Hate to pay that just to 'use a phone' when I don't need that.

What i've heard it that the device is completely unsubsidised and there are no contracts, the data service available will be prepaid only, $30 a month for unlimited.

😲 Why would anyone in their right mind choose to be on a contract, when they can have the same plan for less money with out the 2 yr agreement? What's the benefit of paying $89.99/month for something you could have w/o the commitment for $60.00/month tax free? 👀

I've been following this site for months awaiting each new phone put out by AT&T. But come on, would anybody actually consider a phone with on 3 hrs of battery life. It seems to me each phone out, the battery talk times get less. What's up I'm looking for a good camera and long talk times. Is that impossible. No wonder AT&T pulls so many phones that never sell or get reviews on this site.

When will the iphone get flash every other phone has it. Surfing on the iphone is great, but being able to view sites with flash would be even better. Has anyone herd anything if iphone will get flash ???? 😎

I have had the AT&T MicroCell since January 23, 2010. I live in San Diego. I decided to pay the $150.00 because I only got 1 bar and countless drop calls. Sometimes my wife and I had to hold our phones near the window to send a text message. All I can say is that the experience was horrible. Now with the MicroCell, I get 5 bars all the time. It works great! My wife and I use our phones without any problems. I have an iPhone and she has a Samsung Eternity. 3G on the device is great as well! It works like a charm and I am very happy I bought one. Activation was simple and easy as well. Ihave the propel right nowand enjoy it. Wnat a better web based phone but personaly hate BBErrys.

I have a first generation iphone and I took it to Apple and swapped it out at least 4-5 times for problems .They promised that it was not refurbished even when it came out of a white box.
I have had problems with garbled conversation, in out volume, cutting out. I don't know if I should get a 3 G. I enjoy the iphone. Just would like the phone part work better.
I live in the WLA area and it does it in all different areas even when I travel.
There are alot of things I love about the phone; Sync with computer, music, contacts, the big screen, able to enlarge, etc.

Anybody have any information on when the Microcell will be available for sale in Wisconsin?? Heard that the nationwide rollout begins this month but haven't been able to get any specific information for my area. Can anyone help??
