OK im getting tired of Cingular being stupid about releasing new phones!

Motorola - Ok i'll say it for every one cause im sure that they are thinking it.... Death to the v3 & v3i. They are very old and need to be replaced with some new blood. Need a 3G phone here...please something non razr would be nice. Secondly can they come up with a new original phone, im getting tired of the thin lets beat the razr format in to the dust crap they are comming out with. Oh and they need to go ahead an release the V365 PTT phone.

my rep is lame and he wont tell me anything good he claims i would have to pay the 20bucks a month to get unlimited and theres no lower rate or anything.
i just dont see how we could have so many options for a sprint 3PT plan and so little for a cingular plan

Has anybody here used MobiTV. Is it similar to Cingular video? Which phone is best suited to work with it? I was thinking about adding unlimited Video on my sons account and just want to make sure i don't get a 500 dollar bill at the end of the month. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

My fiancee canceled her account under the impression that she had fulfilled her contract. The rep that assisted her did not tell her she was 2 weeks away from satisfaction and in turn charged us $150 in ETF's. Supervisor I spoke with said it's our fault and that he will not remove the fee.
I want to talk to someone who can assist us with this. Any ideas?
Is this standard practice with Cingular?
