We had a kid buy then return the Samsung Eternity. I'd love to either resell since there is nothing wrong with it, but the little jerk put a password on the phone. He doesn't remember it and I'm now stuck with the device. Can't sell it, can't send it back. Anyone have any ideas on how to change the password or doing a device override that doesn't require a password, but resets everything to factory (including the password)?

She doesnt want to manually input all her numbers so I was wondering is there a way to do it via bluetooth.

Also, when she got her new phone she also got a new SIM card, so obviously all her numbers are stuck on her old SIM chip.

I've had AT&T Wireless for 5 years now, but since September 2008 everyone I know in Austin has experienced dropped calls, fast busy signals, congestation, calls going straight to voice mail and not to the phone, plus other problems. I've complained to AT&T many times, and get the same answer 'we are upgrading our towers'. Yeah whatever. How long can AT&T say theyre upgrading their towers? Any how a few months ago I bought Cricket Phone and Wireless Service. Cricket is $35 a month, has NO contract, its been much more reliable and dependable versus AT&T. Ive had no dropped calls anywhere in the Central TX Area, it works in the Frost Bank Building (something AT&T and Sprint doesnt do)it has unlimited nationwide free calling, unlimited text...

I received a "Service Gram" from ATT saying a couple of discounts I've been receiving may no longer be available, along with general info. It gave me a code to give to the ATT rep to find out what this was all about when I called. "SE1CONVL1", but the rep that I spoke to didn't have a clue what it meant. She even put me on hold to check it out and came back that someone said it had something to do with a new billing system that ATT is going to.

So why would a "new billing system" effect my price change? Is that legal to change pricing on a contract that has expired. I'm on a month to month basis with a coporate discount. Have been for 5 years now and want to keep it that way.

Anyone know what this is code means and what it's real...

So here's a new phone debuting at MacWorld 2009. They call it the iPhone Pro. Think this was what Nintendo's been trying to come up with since 2001.

It's got everything the iPhone 3G lacks-

-gaming buttons
-a high resolution camera
-greater storage capacity

i just downloaded this on my Bold and all i have to say is AWESOME! great pic quality - looks like full if not near full framerate. no need for other subscription services (mobiTV, etc.) i can watch anything on my FiOS at home, including video on demand or anything i DVR (in standard definition using home media DVR)

I've read some horror stories about AT&T removing Media Net from people's accounts and stuff. I plan on getting the phone and just putting my SIM in it. Will they give me S#!%^?
I refuse to pay $30 a month for internet on a phone.

I live in the suburbs of Detroit, MI. Service has been down since 10:00 this morning. I called AT&T and they told service is down in six other states besides Michigan as well. How ridiculous is this?! Service still has not been restored. This situation needs to be fixed soon.

Verizon is becoming the largest carrier, Verizon is going to start deploying LTE next year, Verizon has the largest 3G network, but AT&T has the iPhone. Why isn't AT&T making improving their network their #1 priority? I know AT&T has decent reception, but it's not the best. (And don't try to feed me the "based on global coverage" BS) I've had AT&T (Cingular) since 2002 and really like GSM phones, but in a few years when Verizon has the best LTE network who's going to get the best exclusive phones?

I just got my wife an iphone for Christmas. She is going from a BB pearl to the iphone. Is there an easy way to move her contacts from the pearl to the iphone? Correct me if I'm wrong, but the pearl doesn't store the contacts on the sim card, correct?

Yep! Just wanted to share with everyone here my own personal experience so that no one else makes the same mistake I did in going with at&t.

Well, I went into a corporate store, and demanded they give my a free iPhone, and nobody took me seriously, so I asked to speak to the manager. After 2 hours of yelling at those morons who worked there, I finally got one and was on my way.

Well, I dropped my iPhone in the bathtub and discovered it would no longer work. I promptly called customer service to see about getting another one. I had to speak to at least five different people before I finally got someone to agree with me that I deserved to have my iPhone replaced for free.
