I have alot of customers asking about a GSM Treo but I have found no speculation from what I think is that it will come out after the Sidekick 3? Does anyone have any word about this Treo for T-mobile or was the MDA the smartphone solution for a long time to come?

Okay so here’s the thing…

So I’m buying a SideKick 2 PrePaid kit from Wal Mart.com (It’s cheaper than from T-Mobile) So I’m on a post pay plan. What I would like to do is just take my SIM card and put it in the SideKick 2. Can I do this? Also, how can I change add the SideKick unlimited data plan on? I’m not the primary account holder so I doubt I could call…I can make any changes online, MyT-Mobile.com though. Anyone can help me out?

I've got an unlocked SLVR I'm using on TMobile. For some reason I can't get my text messages to auto delete. Does anyone know how to fix this? I've tried every setting by time period and # of messages, but none work.

Hello T Mobiligans! I just purchased a unlocked Moto L6 and Im trying to figure out how to set up MMS messages. Does anyone have the server info or know where I can get this information. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Anyone hear anything about the issues between the phone and using opera mini? I had a customer ask about it and I did a bunch of research into it and basically came up with Opera pointing the finger at Samsung and T-Mobile and T-Mobile pointing the finger at Opera and Samsung pointing the finger at T-Mobile.

Supposedly Opera is working on a fix for the issue but I couldn't find out what the exact issue was.

Hey maybe you guys can help me out, I'm an indirect dealer and i had a phone stolen from me yesterday. The Phone the smart card and the whole box, basicly everything. I did manage to get the sim and imei off of it, is there any way for T-Mobile to track the phone and see what dumb s*** is dumb enough to try and use it? Any help will do, thanks!

Has anyone else seen the new rate plan brochures that are to be put out on Monday?
OH my gawd they are ugly!!!
They took away 3 rate plans from us. Are we going to still offer plans over 1500 minutes or are they gone for good? They're definitly off the brochure!
And I thought this brochure was supposed to show our newly increased coverage? Michigan is still screwed up on it. It certainly doesn't match the PCC.
I don't like all the white space either.
Maybe it's just me, but I feel like it was a waste of T-Mobile's funds.
