Ok after a long time I have finally decided not to pay their outrageous prices anymore. I will hopefully be making the switch soon. Do you guys have any suggestions on what type of phones? I like the razr2 and I do a lot of texting and no internet use at all. But I want a phone with great call qaulity and a stylish look to it. Any suggestions are much appreciated.

I would like to send out mass text messages with a T-Mobile phone. The phone I have now is a Motorola V-360 which allows groups up to 25 people. I am looking for a new T-Mobile phone that supports more than 25 at a time.

Other features I am looking for in a new phone are: USB port, SD card, camera, multiple alarm clocks, picture messages, web browser

The upcoming TMO app store will be a nice touch. Not sure what phones will enefit from this venture .. but I'll give TMO credit when credit is deserved 😲

Hello. I'm new here and not very savy when it comes to cell phones. I've been w/TMobile for 4 years now and have been quite happy. Until now. I've been wanting to upgrade my BB for about a year now but wanted to wait the 22 months (or whatever it is) to get the discounted rate. Can't afford $200 for a cell phone. So I waited and waited. Finally, my waiting period was over and the Curve Gold came up for $99 on their website. I had also gotten a free month offer and the $10 @Home service came out. So I waited a week to get all my info and questions together to do the changes all at once. Now the Curve Gold is gone off their website and I can't find it anywhere. I've called a few times. One rep says it's on back order. Another says...

I just took a look at the new sidekick ... ok I can understand TMO is behind on their 3G network and some feel it is being rolled out slowly .. though I feel you will be lucky to see it in 5 more cities next year.

But NO WIFI on a device that has a selling point of using the Internet?? WTF TMO is further behind that I even imagined.

Also is there a limit to how many phones can be around the router? Assuming they are all T-Mobile.

The signs in the store said FREE with 2 year contract for 3 particular phones I looked at.
Sales guy #1 knew which plan I wanted, told me those 3 phones would be free, but since he didn't know how to "port" my home phone, I decided to return.
The next day, sales guy #2, very nicely goes through the different phones with me and helps me choose one. Again, (knowing which plan I had chosen!), he tells me it will be FREE (not counting taxes). He fills out the rebate form for me and tells me to send it in and my phone is free.

I'm a happy customer for my 30 day trial period. A WEEK after that 30 day window for me to cancel/make changes -- I get a notice saying they will not be paying me the rebate. They claim the plan I chose didn't count.

So I ordered a 5310 a couple of weeks ago when it came out. I ordered insurance and they told me it would be 5.99 a month plus a 70$ deposit. I paid 213$ for the phone itself. I don't understand why this particular model is more. I had a blackberry and the insurance was cheaper... I paid 400$ for that phone... WTF??? AM I wrong here or is Tmobile???

Hi guys... i think I need a little advice here. I came to t-Mobile 6 weeks ago. I bought a Nokia 5310 Xpress Music phone. Ever since the day I signed up I have not been able to rceive text messages from US Cellular customers or from Alltell customers. I have called T-Mobile and had this escalated to the highest level of tech support. One woman was kind enough to work the problem for nearly an hour one night before we both just gave up. T-Mobile has no other answer except to point the finger at the other carriers. I finally called today and ask if I sent the phone back if they would simply cancel my account. They said they are "sorry but cant do that"

I have been transferred around from person to person and talked to some of the nicest CS...

My son needs a new phone and likes flip ones. He doesn't need a music player since he has his iPod which he prefers. I really like Nokia brand, but have noticed on Crackberry and Engadget a new Blackberry flip called Kickstart 8220. It is suppose to be coming to T-Mobile for $50 in September, but my T-Mobile reps haven't heard about it. Is it for true and when? There was even a You Tube video posted yesterday.

I just moved to east texas and i am not happy with my service coverage. before i moved i check with customer service and the personal coverage map and it showed where i lived and surrounding area having great coverage...well that is huge bucket of @#$%! i the poorest service available if i am lucky. Half of the time i have no service at all. I can not even be indoors for any length of time. i just resigned my contract. I would now have to spend more money to buy new phones at cost and change my contracts again therefore renewing my contracts. just to add hotspot@home. i would break my contract but i do not want to pay etf's. does anyone have any other suggestions? i am at my wits end...

Does T-Mobile even have a 3G network? If so do they even have a 3G phone? I can't find either ... all I see is that they're working on a 3G network ... so far behind WOW.
