I have an E815 at the moment, and it's decent, but the antenna is broken (keep crazy glueing it), and I'm finding it bulky and wouldn't mind something small and slimmer. I like Moto's for the most part. And as far as I know, the E815 was one of the last Moto's that Verizon offered before switching to their god awful red interface.


Otherwise seriously considering switching over to the dark side (Cingular).

it seems like the left side of my krzr is lose
when i press the rewind button when listening to music it feels lose and its only the left side of the phone
anyone else have this issue

Does anyone know the requirements for putting mp3s on this phone? One of my mp3s screws up the music player and it crashes and I'm hoping it is just an issue with file name.

Does the Verizon version of this phone have the A2DP stereo Bluetooth feature??????

PC sync / USB capability:

So like the retail box comes with the phone, battery, charger, microSD, and papers. I'm pretty sure I won't be syncing unless i can sync it to my tungsten T5 but I am wondering can I move mp3s and other files for ringers etc to the phone via USB or do I got to take out the miniSD, use the adapter, then put it back in the phone.

Making my own ringers and other customizable stuff:

I know there are web sites out there and I can get ringers and background etc from and even sprint via vision. But it seems like more money than I want to spend for limited usage. So I want to know how do I make ringers? I am assuming I can use MP3s to do this. Would www.mixxer.com work if there is no alternative that to use the tex...

Just wondering if a version of the K3M is coming to Verizon. It seems pretty cool with a 2.0 mp camera and a bigger outer screen. Also, the outside is more metallic and not prone to fingerprints.

Does anybody know how to use KRZR k1m as a data modem? The spec says it can, but the manual says nothing (do I miss something from reading). Just curious.

I realize that the KRAZ K1m has a 5 minute snooze alarm.
I was wondering if there was a way to get the snooze to sound every 10 minutes instead of 5 minutes. Is there a software that can be used to change it or would Verizon have to do it. Or can it be done by pressing certain buttons.

I watch a video stream from my home computer by embedding a windows media player object in a web site and then viewing the web site. If I view this web site on this phone, will the video display? Is there any way of tapping into a custom stream? My provider is sprint.

i borowwed my cousins music essenials kit and downloaded it on my computer. But everytime I connect my phone to the comp via usb cable, it says connect failure. I tried connecting it from the back and front usb ports, still nothing (and yes I went through all the steps in the manual). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The phone is a piece of crap. Save yourselves all the time and trouble, return the krzr and get a better phone.

just bought this and im lost. when i send music to my phone i cant use it as ringers. does it say who is call before it rings?

i have the music essentials kit, and all the stuff needed to install the kit. i install everything just as they say, and the vcast music wont recognize the phone so it pops up a message wanting to search the internet for proper driver or my computer, i've tried both to no avail. so im a bit lost as you can tell, please someone help me or guide me in the right direction.

I recently purchased a krzr and I have put in a 256mb card in it. I cannot get the mp3 to recognize it. It shows that files are on it but it will not play anything or recognize anything except the ring tones that are on it. what format does the music have to be in. mp3 or can it use the format of the ipod? does the card have to be bigger? Am I overlooking something? I cannot find any answers in the owners manual. HELP! 🙄

so i recently purchased the krazr for sprint and im trying to create ringtones for it. what ive done is edit the clip that i want on audacity and itried exporting it as an mp3 to my card but it wont work....any ideas on how to get it up n running?? thank u in advance!!

I was in my Verizon store about a battery problem (which they replaced free). But there was a girl next to me who was trying to return a non-working phone (not sure what brand). The tech took a look at the inside of the phone and told her that most likely her insurance would not honor a replacement nor would Verizon because her phone had been exposed to moisture.

I ask how he knew and he showed me little white dot on the battery, as well as a dot inside battery case, was now pink. Pink indicates that the phone (and dot) was exposed to moisture. She did say she had in the bathroom while she was showering. The tech said that is all it takes.

Just FYI

The UI on my piece of crap KRZR had gotten extremely slow to respond compared to just slow when it was new. I had a total of about 700 text messages between sent and received in my phone. I deleted both of the message boxes and that fixed my UI speed problem. I then deleted all of my call history to see if that would help more but I didn't notice any difference.

hello all,

I want to know whether my text/pic/video message has been viewed by the person i sent it to. I've noticed boxes next to the messages in the "sent messages" list. They either have a check mark or a green arrow pointing diagonally up. I figured the green arrow signified that the message hadn't been viewed yet. WRONG!!!

I would receive replies to my messages with content in reference to my message to them. So, to me, the green arrow and the check mark mean the same.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!

i recently just upgraded my software on my krzr (for sprint). but i cant seem to notice the changes, other than the light stays on while its on the charger...if anybody knows the differences on there, please share!
