LG VX-7000

Im getting a little tired of some of the people in this forum asking the same questions over and over and over again. All of the questions have been answered a long time ago such as the release date and prices. For the guy who said that the VZW employee said to just get a camera phone now instead of waiting was just tryin to sell you a phone on the spot. For the guy who said he reserved one is lying because you can not reserve phones. VZW employees can not even reserve them. For the people who said that VZW told them that the phone would be out later than the 25th, they are lying to you because they are not technically allowed to release information reguarding release dates or promotions. They are told to act as if they know nothing about it...

So basically video messaging will be released without a phone to do it.....that doesn't seem right?

I know this was brought up once before, but anyone have any information about any other retailers that will be selling the phone? Circuit City, Radio Shack, maybe even like Staples? I want to get a 1 year contract and $250 is an awful lot, I'm trying to find something to bring it to around $200. I shopped around for the a670 and Radio Shack has it for $70 less with 1-year then the Verizon had for 2-year! I want to do that again! 😁

i live in ny and been to a couple of VZW retail stores this week. and Every single one i've been to said that they don't kno when it will come out, probably by the end of this month or so... i kno it will come out the 25th but are the retailers telling the truth that they dont kno.. or r they just lying? i have nothig against them its just if they really don't kno or not telling any of us customers..

It has been confirmed. I just looked on InfoManager (part of vzw intranet) and the release date has been pushed back to july first.. My guess why is because there are none of the phones in the warehouse due to the first few shipments from LG being delayed.. Suck it up guys!! gotta wait another week!! 😈

apparently there was a labeling problem on the boxes of the phones...so all phones had to be shipped back to receive need labeling...seems like a lie to me but this is what the verizon person told me on the phone today...she read me the e-mail that they received and it now states the release for the 1st of july...i can't wait any longer i don't care if my box is messed up as long as the works

so why is that the case and July 1 is a thursday. VZW releases on tue 95% of time and fri 5%. Pls confirm??

i heard that the v 710 has it but i havent heard if the vx 7000 is gonna have it ☹️

i was at a verizon wireless store yesterday. i was talking to the inventory guy and he said that the phone will be realesed the 25th for $250 😁 . IT IS NOT COMING OUT JULY 1ST 😈

Ok. Well I called 12 stores in my area (Broward & Palm Beach Florida)
and 8 out of 12 told me it was still due out the 25th.
1 store said they had no idea, and 3 stores said they weren't
sure but should be by the end of the month.
The 8 stores that said the 25th also said that they've heard
nothing about the Video MSG Service being pushed back.

When I asked about the V710 and CDM9900, I was told by one
store that the Tech has already got in service equipment for both
of those, which normally means it would be out in a few weeks.
She said that the v710 is the one that she's been waiting for.

i've been to so many sites becauese i can't wait for this dam phone!!! 👿 but all these sites have different dates! one says this firday, one days july and another says august. FOR goD's Sake WUT IS THE OFFICAL DATE!!! i am going nuts finding out all different dates for this phone! wut is the official date! wut proof do u have of the date!!

i just see vx-7000 on VZW website,just use zip code 99999.that's mean it will be released on time.

Just saw it on IC. Guess the June 25 date is right after all, also VZW is releasing value packs, with TXT, PIX & FLIX all on the same feature code. Pretty sweet & reasonably priced.

Just had fed ex drop off the new video messaging brochures and on the front is a picture of the VX7000 and the pricing is
2.99 20 PIX/FLIX
4.99 40 PIX/FLIX
You can send videos or flix as they call it to e-mail addresses just like pictures.

would a service working at my main verizon shop for all syracuse NY lie to me ? cause he said it definitaly wasnt coming out the 25. he said within a month or so they should have the new pic service and a few new phones. because he said if i really needed a camera phone ect i should jsut buy one now... wouldnt he say u know , wait 3 days ?

i have to beleive its not coming out

and i am curious if it is a possability that they would release the service and the phone at different times throughout the country ??

Does anyone know if VZ will offer a Mail-in Rebate on the VX7000 when it is released? Like 249.99 minus a $70 rebate or something?

I have samsung a670..its ok...volume could be better and outside display is not very bright. Would you exchange it for the vx7000...I can...your thoughts...also seems receptioon not as good as my old startac? Do you think I will like vx7000 better?
