Comes w/ no miniSD card?

If that is true, then does it work out of the box w/o having an expansion card plugged in?

How much internal memory on the phone is free for storing files like music, pics, etc?

The battery sucks!!

Here's my story about the phone...

I came from a sidekick II to this wonderful phone! I love everything about this phone, except the battery!!! I suppose I'm a pretty heavy user But I can't believe how quick the battery gets drained!! If you plan on getting this phone make sure you get a car charger or can charge it somewhere half way thru your day especially if you plan on using bluetooth or the wifi features!!

Instant voice mail, different alert sound?

I am going to establish an emergency number at my business, using my current DSL phone number (being as I'm not using it for anything). I will set this number to instantly forward to my 8125. What I want to happen is have every call forwarded from my DSL number to my 8125 go instantly into voice mail where I will have an emergency intro message followed by a beep. A different voice mail alert sound would be nice, but not required. My overall objective is to be selectively responsive to my 800 clients when necessary. How, dear phonemasters can I do this?

ActiveSync Via WIFI?

On my old Axim I could sync via wifi, but it doesn't look like it's built in to the new program. Has anyone done this and if so, HOW? I hate the idea of using wires to hook up to my laptop and the Infared port is super SLOW at data transfers.

Email/Text distribution lists on the cingular 8125

Hey guys,
Has anyone figured out a way to save a "group" list in the 8125 for either text or email distributions??
I'm also looking for a way to save a text messaging template.
Any help would be appreciated.

Calling all former Treo users/migrating contacts and calendar

Hello all former Treo users. Does anyone know if there's a way to migrate all contacts and calendar into my 8125 without having to manually type everything from scratch? I know this is a long shot but it's a question worth asking. thanks all.

Standard headphone jack?

Does the MDA have a standard headphone jack?

I am disappointed in the manufacturers that like to use special jacks.

I would like to be able to listen to MP3's with Bose Quiet Comfort 2 headphones.

Questions........

My friend has this phone from T-mobile, I've checked it out, but I'm told the cingular version has more quirks...... like the keypad doesn't light up....... wifi is slower.... can't run applications more than one at a time or you'll run into memory issues.......

If I've left anything else out....please advise in your responses.......

How would you rate this phone........????

Thanks,

vpu2....OUT!!!!

How to disconnect from Cingular/Edge internet service

I'm sure it's something very easy and obvious that I'm missing, but I'll ask anyway. When I open IE to go online the phone connects with Cingular's internet service. I get done and close IE, but the phone shows that it's still connected to Cingular. How do I end this connection?

LetsTalk.com - how about LetsNotTalk.com

In my opinion a very POOR company to do business with. In my case, they were quick to sale me a phone, promise it's in-stock, and promise next day delivery. Ended up being a joke... phone was back ordered.

I also had several other problems with them along the way. The entire time they never attempt to contact me... they just expect me to contact them. Very poor customer service in my book.

Order with caution!
