Verizon vs. Sprint
Second, other than coverage areas, what are the service differences? It seems like Sprint offers a lot more than Verizon in terms of television offerings, music, etc.
Third, why is the telephone $100 MORE at Sprint than at Verizon?
Fourth, are the differences in "broadband" coverage areas significant? I assume data transmission speeds are the same on each network.
Appreciate any help.
Thanks,

Has anyone used the external battery with the battery door and a case to fit?
Is there a black battery door to match the XV-6700 versus the silver one that mateches the PPC-6700?

VZW--XV6700--SMS to a email address
Here the situation. I do not have an EVDO subscription. I have used the edit to use both phone/wifi. Now it will not let me send a SMS(text message) to an email address. Seems like it wants me to use outlook for that. Does anyone know of a work around? Is there a way I can trick it, if im using wi-fi?

XV6700 charging/discharging issues.
He has called Verizon to see what the problem might be. They suggested that it could be a file or running process that is "eating" up the battery. It was even mentioned that is possible that is a virus. He asked if the phone could be scanned while connected to the USB cradle. Verizon didn't know if this could be done, or if any anti-virus software could be installed on it. I have never heard of any anti-virus software for mobile phones, but ...

Bluetooth and Microsoft Voice Commander
Everyone wants to be able to use Microsoft Voice Commander wirelessly, without having to hold onto the unit and then transfer it to a wireless headset after you speak into the device. Well, I found a little Reg hack (and a program that'll do it for you) that does just that. It lets you speak right into your headset and control the Voice Commander software - even listen to music through your headset! You can read more about it here:

Confused, need help with Wireless Sync
Now, I've successfully got my mail pushed to my phone when I'm running the Wireless Sync Client on my PC, but my question is do I have to?
I was under the impression that all the settings on that webpage and having the Wireless Sync running on my 6700 would get my mail pushed to the phone without having to keep my PC running with the Sync Client on 24/7. Once I shut down the Sync Client on the PC, I don't get my mail pushed through anymore.
I realize I can set up a POP3 a...

Staying locked after receiving a call
I understand how to lock the phone and everything but maybe I am missing something. If I have my phone in my pocket and miss a call or get a text message then the screen is no longer locked for a short period of time and I end up calling someone again. Does anyone have any fixes for this??? Thanks

WTF
When actually that was an email I got last night from a business partner! I looked in the sent messages folder for "text messages" AND "Yahoo!" and it doesn't show it!!!!
What the hell is my phone doing? Anybody else get these kind of problems?
The only registry tweak I did was attempt to turn of the notification when sending a SMS, which I STILL can't get working on my PPC-6700.
Today it was okay, but if it was in reverse, something a (ex)girlfriend sends me being forwarded without knowledge to a business partner or client, it could cost me.
