Anyone else sick of Cellenator

Can't we have a mutiny and get rid of this kid. Constantly posting stupid remarks with no basis at all. I'm still waiting to see a worth while comment come from that username. Any ideas as to when that might be??????

Why is Sprint so lame?

Why can't the entire company of Sprint manage to produce a working online ESN changer?

On verizon I can use the online ESN changer and in two seconds I'm good to go! With sprint i have to call some 7-11 guy and hope for the best and it takes forever, pathetic!

Discounts

I had a military personnel come into my store the other day. And he was getting a 15% discount from sprint which is faily ok. HOWEVER i had a employee of the Post Office come in and he was getting a 25% discount. I would think that the military personnel get more than the postal worker. oh well sucks to be him!

The Pain! The Agony! Sprint Sucks!

I'm not sure where to begin..

Let me start by saying that I have been a sprint PCS customer since
summer of 1998. (My Bad - I should have left them LONG AGO.) I have
weathered and negotiated through EVERY kind of problem you could
imagine with sprint, epsecially in the first 3 years.

Then sprint started to ge ta lot better - the billing problems
stopped, the signal improved, the number of dropped calls wentto
virtually zero - and I started receiving discounts for being a 'loyal
customer'. By the end I was getting 1100 anytime mins plus unlimited
nights & weekends for about $55 - and my trusty motorola timeport
phone (circa 1999, last of the startac series) still served me well
with the ORIGINAL BATTERIES. indestructible phone....

selling inactive phones...

can anyone tell me why we aren't allowed to sell a phone from the store that isn't active. my reasoning would say that, so long as we make a profit on the phone we should be able to. what is the corporate reasoning behind this? anyone know?

Sprint's PDA phones

I am considering getting a PDA phone from sprint. In everyone's opinion, which one would be the best? I have no idea whether to go with the Palm OS or Windows Mobile...I would just like the best because i am stuck with sprint for the next two years but need to upgrade my phone!

Premium SMS...

well, im scheduled to teach classes everday for this week and next covering billing disputes. a large portion of the course covers Premium SMS and thier charges.
i love hearing people rant about these stupid things, and we all know that you PhoneScoop junkies LOVE to rant. so have at it.
i want to hear your thoughts & opinions on Premium SMS. stories, personal experiences, whatever. this forum needs a fun post. too many flame-wars and whatnot.
only rule is, keep it clean...

Okay I got an idea to get Nokia back in the CDMA market.

Okay you saw it here first, so if they steal my idea I can sue.

Everyone is looking for the next razr killer right???...

Well see how this idea hits you.... The Nokia Norelco

Its a Nokia phone 5100 series size, with a Norelco shaver, you can shave on the go, and talk. The Nokia Norelco for women too, comes in pink.

Where do I get a patent for this?

THis is the way it is! I AM SORRY!

If you come into my store, DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES COME IN AND JUST TRY TO HAND ME YOUR PHONE!

You are going to stand there and look stupid with your hand reached out, and we're going to have a slight awkward moment. BECAUSE I AM NOT GOING TO TOUCH IT!

I am sorry if you think its rude, I just don't want to touch your phone, call me a germophobe, who cares? Constantly people come in with their phone in their hands frustrated handing it to me. Usually with one of these asinine statements:

"Its broke"
"You take a look at it."
"You figure whats wrong with it"
"This God *&^% thing won't turn on"
"I don't know whats wrong with it"

Which is fine, but say hello first, don't storm in like you own the place b/c you have a proble...

Can I show you where the payphone is?

Our Sprint store is right outside a Bus Stop and I swear the same "mentally handicapped" (literally, not being insensitive) people come in and use our phones, and they scream on the phone, where the whole store can hear there conversation on how "Burger King cut back their hours!", If you want to test the voice quality on our phones, great, but our phones are not a public service. If your too cheap to afford a pay phone, or actually get a prepaid phone, WRITE A LETTER!

Alright...who was it?

I just spoke to a frequent PS user about Data Roaming in North Carolina. I'm curious as to who it was.

Fess up!
