My Positive Experiences with Sprint Customer Service

I signed up with Sprint nearly 2 years ago and as a matter of fact I am due for renewal in about a month. Over the past 2 years I have always been treated very well by the Sprint employees both over the phone as well as the corporate stores. I know a lot of people have had their fair share of horror stories and I don't take that away from you but I just wanted to say that Sprint has always treated me very well as a customer. Recently I have had some personal problems that have impacted me financially and it has been kind of tough to keep up with the cost of my phone service. I have to say that when I call financial services to talk to them they have worked with me - bending over backwards to keep my phone service turned on and happily work o...

Hero question ...

Ok so Sprint Nav. is always popping up in my App Killer. I am wondering why? I have only checked it out once, and since then I have never used it. Which programs open Sprint Nav. Automatically? How can I make it so that Sprint Nav. only opens up when I actually press that specific icon?

Sprint is better than you think

http://money.cnn.com/2010/02/12/technology/sprint_ne ... »

EW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- Sprint Nextel has been maligned in the past for poor customer service and network quality, but new evidence shows that the nation's No. 3 wireless company's improvement efforts are starting to succeed.

According to recent third-party studies, Sprint's (S, Fortune 500) network quality is improving faster than its competitors, its 3G network is the most reliable and it has the best 3G signal strength in the nation's major metropolitan areas. Sprint is also the only wireless provider that has an up-and-running 4G network, and its rates are mostly favorable to its biggest rivals, Verizon Wireless (VZ, Fortune 500) and AT&T (T, Fortune 500).

Need replies quick...

Ok, so my sh*tty little Samsung M520 which I have had for two years this April has finally just about died. It works like a normal phone except... the screen doesn't work. This makes it a lame duck phone. The screen is always white.

So tomorrow I will go to Sprint and hope they will give me the upgrade early (come on... April is my 2 year upgrade, and I want to sign a new contract, upgrade my plan, why would they NOT!?)

So, I want to enter into the Smart phone world. What should I get? I will mainly browse the web, email, and text a whole hell of a lot. Which phone do my Sprint people recommend?

Thanks!

Can anyone give me some options? Save plans?

Long story short, Sprint sucks, and is bending me over.

Shorst story long, I had a Touch Pro, had it exchanged a few times, then finialy got the OK to get a different model swapped out. Went to a Sprint store, and got the Moment. I got the SERO $30, and they wouldn't activate it, so I spent around 4-5 hours on the phone being bounched around to different departments, and getting told no on every occasion.

I e-mailed Dan Hesse, and got a call from Executive Service, who said they would look into it. That was last Thursday, and I haven't heard back from them. Since then, I was without a phone for a week, and the line actually got canceled because there wan't a phone connected to it.

After getting chewed out by the wife, I went to a Sp...

Simply Everything

Okay. A brief history lesson. In February 2008 Verizon launched this top secret campaign which included Unlimited Talk for $99.99 It was not a well kept secret (of course) and AT&T matched it, T-Mobile beat it the same day. Sprint launched Simply Everything the following week. Anyone believe we might see a price decrease for Simply Everything or perhaps a $49.99 or $59.99 Unlimited Talk plan from Sprint?

Crazy/Dumb question

I have a Blackberry 8530 on Sprint. The other day my battery got so low that I couldn't connect to a Sprint signal. Gave me a message like, battery to low for radio, so basically my phone was useless. Now I use to have Att, and when my battery died on those phones, I still could send texts and make calls until the phone completely shut down.

Does this happen only with Sprint, is it the phone, or a CDMA thing? Sorry if this is a dumb question, just never had it happen before.
