Is Sprint really that bad???

With the explosion of lower price plans (from everyone except verizon!) I'm looking to switch carriers, but as I read the reviews Sprint has received some unfavorable marks. How bad or inconsistant is it really? Is it worth switching to?

Sprint changes Surcharge Fees - GET OUT OF YOUR CONTRACT NOW WITHOUT A EARLY TERMINATION FEE

If you read your wireless contract carefully, carriers will document something known as a "material adverse change." In other words, if your carrier raises pricing of any kind during the term of your agreement (a "material adverse change") you're entitled to cancel your line without paying an early termination fee (ETF). The contract language is as follows:

"If a change we make to the Agreement is material and has a material adverse effect on Services under your Term Commitment, you may terminate each line of Service materially affected without incurring an Early Termination Fee only if you: (a) call us within 30 days after the effective date of the change; and (b) specifically advise us that you wish to cancel Services because of a mat...

Sprint buying T-mobile

Does anyone have concrete details on the proposed sale of T-mobile to Sprint Nextel in 2010? I read it in business week a few days ago but the article was not very specific.

Signal of something coming or coincidence?

I have recently seen two US Cellular corporate stores close and re-open as Sprint stores...

seems odd that hese changes are in the same market and happen relatively quick.

so it's been a few years since i've really been on here, and i'm surprised to see...

that everyone seems to be really concerned with how much money sprint is making off it's customers.

how profitable, really, are their plans right now? after overhead, how much is sprint grossing? if they aren't, why not?

sprint has the potential to be the best carrier. if sprint isn't making money, then i'd venture to say it's not because they're undercutting other companies, or losing too many customers. it's because of fiscal irresponsibility. over the last 10 years, sprint hasn't been known for making the best decisions concerning money. hiring forsee is a perfect example.

it's just funny to have someone tell me that i'm cheating the company because they decided to offer me a $30 SERO plan when i was severenced a few ...

Sprint Plans

Compared to other carriers, Sprint doesn't have as many options for different plans. As a Sprint customer, are your needs satisfied? Would you like more options? Would you consider switching and paying more for these options?

(I'm trying a business analysis about Sprint Nextel, and I would appreciate only serious responses. Thank you!)

Exclaim Speaker Problem?

Lately, all my friends and family that I talk to are saying I sound very low when they talk to me on the phone. They say I sound distant, like the phone is a few feet away from me.

Anyone else have this problem? I just got it in July, so should I just go to a sprint store? I dont want to claim the insurance and have to pay the 50.00 deductible, or will I have to?

How DARE Sprint...

...quote PC World's 3G test results?!

Didn't they realize how dishonest it would be to tell everyone what others are saying about them?

OMG!!! I hope someone will know the answers to my ?'s

I ported to Sprint from at&t in the interest of saving money...I know a few ppl with sprint and have had no problems in my home or in the surrounding areas. I bought all 3 of my lines from a Radio Shack because they have the lowest prices in my town. I used to be a cell phone rep and am very literate when it comes to phns...but this bb is making me crazy...
I went from an 8900 with att to a tour...not a big difference...but the problems i am having no one can answer...this is day 3 I am trying to get my phn to function...AT ALL. It has been swapped once, so I know it has to be the service or the way the rep programed the phone.
Next to the service bars it 1X or 1XEV...I was told that I need the 1XEV in upper or lower case in order for m...
