How do you feel about Qchat?

I understand that it was a real pain to setup and maintenance, but do you think from a buisiness standpoint this was a bad idea to get rid of this? They are going to have to migrate off of IDEN at one point and time not? Would it not have made more sense to spend the money to upgrade the entire network to Rev A and agressively switch people from IDEN to CDMA? The native footprints are pretty close.

touch pro 2 alarm clock and blackberry connect

I was wondering how the alarm clock fucntions on the touch pro 2. I am currently using the bb tour and i love how bb's alarm clocks actually functions like a real alarm clock. The alarm continues to go off until the user physically turns it off and won't stop until you do so.

I used to own the original touch pro and the alarm clock would turn off by itself after a minute and would simply leave a message saying missed alarm. this didn't help me a bit and resulted in manny missed alarms and tardiness at work.

I was also wondering if the blackberry connect software is available for the touch pro 2. I am def interested in this phone but would hate to ditch the capabilities of bb connect.

Any help would be most appreciated. thank you in...

Sprint has nothing to worry about. Verizon will lose that battle all day long!!!

http://www.androidguys.com/2009/12/01/verizon-bullie ... »

Sprint has more credible resources then Verizon and has pushed passed 3g into 4g and already covers over 30 million with WiMax. Everybody knows Sprint rules in the data depart and for a much better Price. Unlimited Data, Picture mail, Free gps, Sprint tv, and sprint radio. Verizon Wishes they could do that.

Sprint to stop selling certain push-to-talk phones

Sprint to stop selling certain push-to-talk phones
By DAVID TWIDDY (AP) – 3 hours ago

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Sprint Nextel Corp. is giving up on a technology that allows some Sprint-branded phones to use a "push-to-talk" walkie-talkie service similar to what's available on the company's Nextel-branded phones.

Scott Sloat, a spokesman for the nation's third-largest wireless provider, said Sprint will still support customers who have phones with the technology, known as QChat, but will no longer introduce new phones with the feature.

Sprint introduced QChat last year as a potential replacement for the push-to-talk service on its Nextel-branded iDEN network, which is a mainstay among dispatchers, contractors and other business ...

Sprint Warranty Phone Replacement

If a phone that is a 2 months old is dead, will Sprint replace under manufacturer warranty for free?

I think the phone was shorted.

Sprint Phones

What do you like and dislike about Sprint phones compared to other carriers?

(I'm trying a business analysis about Sprint Nextel, and I would appreciate only serious responses. Thank you!)

What area do you live in and how is your coverage with Sprint? Are you satisfied? How well do you use/receive data? Do you drop calls? Has the service improved?

Don't get mad, get even!

I've been reading a lot of threads concerning customers that are on "old" Sero plans. I too have 2 Sero plans that I was able to get in 2007. It is time to upgrade my phones and I am getting the
"phone run around" like most others that are on Sero plans. I understand the fact that Sprint wants more money for basically the same service plan I get now in order for me to carry around a smart phone, like I have now.
However, I have decided to keep my "old" Sero plan and get a phone that Sprint wants me to have for my plan. I realize I could upgrade my plan and pay $30 more a month. But how do I know in 24 months sprint won't claim the upgraded plan will be an "old" sprint plan and I will need to upgrade my plan again in order to purchas...

Sprint Plan Problem

Hey guys,

Maybe someone can help me. I have a ten phone plan with Sprint. I have had it for several years, and the price is just too good to change it. I am interested in getting a new Hero, but I have been told that I have to add a new data plan to get not only the rebate on the phone, but also to merely activate it? Is this true?? If it is, Sprint is likely to lose my account and 10 phones. Help??

Save Plans?

Do any reps know of save plans below the $29.99 plan? I've got 1 line too many and I'm thinking it might just be worth my while to pay the termination fee.

Sprint Reps Help

I ordered new service from Sprint through www.letstalk.com so I could get my BB Curve Inferno for free instead of paying $149. I'm porting my number into sprint from Straight Talk, a subsidiary of Tracfone. Letstalk told me that my phone would arrive already activated and that my port would complete the next day. Well, it isn't activated and none of these third party crack heads will help me. they say I have to wait 48 hours then call back. WTF?
