dose anyone know if they will come out with any new Qchat phones? and why they have not already ?

All my family use Nextel iDEN and i changed from iDEN to Qchat and use it every day and i like it alot. was just hoping that someone had some info

I'm sorry if this has been asked before 🤭 . But does Sprint offer 1 year contracts? And if not are you eligible for a new upgrade after the one year mark, or two year mark? I'm only referring to their family share plan also.

Last Friday, October 23rd, I was in my home area (Pittsburgh.) I was not in my neighborhood, but about 15 miles away, when I noticed the little "roaming" triangle on my Blackberry....didn't think to much about it until I got home and the ol' lady says "I left you a VM...why does your greeting say "WHAT?" i said my message does not say that.

Anyway, I went to check my VM...lo and behold there is NO VM greeting....I cannot make a call, cannot receive a call, cannot access my Internet Browser...NOTHING...I called Sprint, they got everything fixed, but , it was a pain in the ass.

Here is the situation. I have 4 phones on my account and I am having a video playback problem. If I go to you-tube on my samsung rants (I have 2) I can view you-tube videos. But on my two samsung exclaims that I have I get an error code that says, "m32: general playback error." I have called sprint technical assistance and they can't figure this one out. Anyone ever heard of it and know how to fix it?

ok - Sprint has been doing some things right lately and I commend them for that.

However, I gotta know about company owned store training. While waiting for a pizza last night, I popped into the local store.

i looked at the sprint page and there is no Qchat phone anymore... but you can still get the IC502? why have they took all of the Qchat phones off?

I am hoping to get the right answer to this question. I know the EU one has it .This is what sold me on the phone. With my business ,this is perfect to get with my team for short meetings.
