Sprint Lies

About 1 week ago, i was having problems with my BILL again, because sprint always charge me 75 for internet when i have the simply everything plan idiots. so i asked about the Instinct, and the REP said that you can order the instinct for 250 WITHOUT a upgrade and MIR till july 20th because they are trying to sell them? why did he say this? and he said they will do it at the store, so then i called the store and they said no you have to have a upgrade. WHY DID HE TELL ME THIS? WHY DO U LIE TO CUSTOMERS? thats rediculous BS!

Sprint & Verizon Roam on Eachothers Networks?

I have a friend that I've been traveling with a lot lately that has Sprint and I have Verizon. I've been thinking of switching to Sprint hence why I'm asking this question. When ever we were in areas of spotty coverage it seemed when my phone showed "extended network" his Sprint phone showed he was on the Sprint network and when ever my phone showed it was using the Verizon network his phone showed he was roaming.

So, do Sprint and Verizon roam on eachothers networks? If so, wouldn't that mean the coverage is the same on either provider?

SPRINT JUST MADE ME ONE HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!

๐Ÿ˜
I have been through hell and back with Sprint CSR's and one particular Executive Services Associate over the past two months. To make a long story short, a guy in a corporate store signed me up for service, but there wasa problem opening my account. (I didn't knwo this at the time) Well, he saw my dads name in past records where he used to have service with Sprint, and used that old account to open up service under my dads SS#. (We have the same middle name) When I found this out a month later, I went ballistic, and the Executive Services Associate promised me she corrected it and transferred all payments under my name and account. I got a bill in the mail yesterday addressed to my dad saying his credit would be affected if he did...

Instinct for employees........

I have never heard people complain so much about not getting a phone before customers. I would like to purchase the phone as well and yes, it sucks we have to wait but get over it.

reps having phones and knowing the product does help sell phones but customers are our lifeline. They keep the lights on, a store to work in, and keep your paycheck coming to you. if you are a corp rep you should understand how important it is for customers to get to red carpet treatment.

grow up....

Since Employees Can't Yet Buy an Instinct...

I suspect that many of them will just wait for the Blackberry Bold. Sprint, this is what happens when you piss off your employees by not letting them get a chance at the latest and greatest device- they will wait for the next.

Wireless Lifestyle (sprint indirect, Kansas-Missouri)

Does anyone have any experiance/opinion with Wireless Lifestyle? They are a Indirect Sprint store in KS and MO.

Has anyone worked with them before? Have you been a customer there? Have you heard the occasional rumor about them?

I want to know what the Phonescoop community knows about this company

TIA

Best basic phone for coverage?

Can anyone comment on which Sprint phone has the best ability to pick-up and maintain signal? Don't care about data, texting features. Looking for strong voice signal, used on 'edge' of Sprint's network.

Simply Everything for employee lines??

I know about the $15 plan for 500 min and unlimited everything else. Then there is a $40 plan I believe for 1500 min. Is there a higher plan or Simply Everything and what's the price. I'm inquiring about lines 2-10, not the SERO plans because I'm going on a friend's account soon and need a lot of minutes.

Security Features for the Instinct

I've just purchased the Instinct and I'm shocked that the security is so lame. Please help me. Touch phones only allow you to lock the complete phone or have your information openly accessible? WTF!!!! So if my phone is lost or my girlfriend sees my phone which this phone is so attractive you are gonna want to play with it. My contacts, text messages, pics, and every personal info is exposed to the public. I would expect samsung, apple, blackberry and any other high end phone to have better security functions. This alone will make me return this phone. Am I over exaggerating? I feel its a principle. You pay for something and input all of your confidential info and either the phone is completely locked or completely open.

Blackberry Curve....Thoughts....Good or No???

Is the blackberry curve a good phone to have? I have seen that Sprint will be getting that new Treo which does look kinda nice but I have heard so much about how bad Palm is, etc etc etc.... My main concerns are I need a good battery life and I am in grad school so I need some type of organization and having Word, Excel, and Powerpoint would be really nice. Thanks ๐Ÿ™‚

Internet

We have an old Free and Clear Business account. My brother is going to NYC Tuesday and is going to get a wireless card for his laptop.

Anyone know the cost and if it can be added to a Free and Clear Plan?

Corporate employee plans inquiry

I know about the $15 plan for lines 2-10 for employees. I heard there is a $30 and $50 plan as well. Is that true and how much minutes do they include? Thanks for your help.

Good bye SERO

For those that are wanting SERO, get it NOW. SERO will be replaced with Sprint's SImply Everything plans.
