Bluetooth Ringtones?

Do any of the current Sprint phones allow you to bluetooth ringtones back and forth with friends?

? For Sprint Employees!

Hello to all,

I wanted to know if the 5GB cap is really going to go down on 7/15/08 like I have seen on previous threads. This would put me in a bad place because I use the laptop card as my primary internet connection. If this is a go, are they going to allow for line cancellation due to the fact that this is a change to the terms of service?

FRIENDS' SPRINT ISSUES

I have some family friends who recently switched to Verizon Wireless from Sprint. Their contract with Sprint ended several months ago and was never renewed. However, Sprint keeps sending my friends a bill every month. What can my friends do in order to get Sprint to quit sending them bills for service they no longer use?

Cancelling after renewing?

I renewed my contract around 15-20 days ago and bought a new phone. I was told I had 30 days to return it and cancel with no ETF since I was renewing.

For the last week I've been thinking of cancelling my Sprint account. I talked to someone from Sprint a few days ago. They told me that since I renewed I had up to the 30 days to cancel and have no ETF. But now I'm being told I will be charged the ETF and only those that start a new account can cancel within the 30 days with no ETF.

What do I do? I feel like I'm getting the run around. Some saying no ETF others saying yes. Getting a bit ticked.

99.99 is it Really Everything?

I'm curious is Sprints 99.99 Everything Plan actually what it says? Are there charges that might sneak up on me like M2M while roaming or MMS messages or??????

I appreciate in advance your response as I believe I'm going to be joining up this month.

How many has canceled there contract to transfer to Sprint?

Okay, So I'm at work where I'm fighting with this person to stay with Verizon. They are threating to switch to Sprint.... I'm so sick of people threatening to leave Verizon to Sprint... All they want is more of a discount that we cannot offer.... PAY WHAT IS OFFERD... Anywho, So how many of you has ended your account with another carrier paying hundreds of dollars to find out that your paying for Junk???? Please enlighten me???? I would love to use you as examples to other customers to show they are making a mistake... Should Sprint pack there bags and sell there services to another company or what?

Cancel My Contract!

Anyone have any tips for cancelling a Sprint contract???

I have had numerous billing problems and am sick of it!

I cancelled one a little while ago when they changed the text messaging price from .15 to .20.

Anything like this out there right now??? THANKS

Question for Sprint Reps about Samsung ACE

I should receive the Samsung ACE in the mail by Tuesday. It looks like a good sized phone with a keyboard for me to use for texting and email. Question is, can I download ringers from the digital lounge like if I had any other sprint phone, or will I have to use third party software like with blackberry? I hope I can download Sprint Ringers! It doesn't say anywhere on the website, so I was wondering if any of you would know. Please let me know either replying here or email me at [email protected] . Thanks for your help. I dropped Verizon and am returning my dare, I'm not a touch screen fan at all!

International Phone Question

Will the RAZR V3M (GSM) Sprint international phone roam off of national carriers as well? I noticed on the website that this phone supports 850 and 1900 GSM frequencies as well as the overseas bands.

My guess is that if you're over here, you would get a signal, but if you tried to make a call, you get a "not authorized to use our system" message.

Yean.....Can you help me out

I own an indirect store, and we don't have access to the account notes so I was hoping you could fill me in before I call CS for this customer and make myself look stupid.

One of my Mother's friends has about an $1000.00 bill right now with Sprint due to TXT overage, She claims that she was supposed to have UNL TXT and that a rep must have removed it without her knowledge. Now she is upset and went and got an AT&T phone but did not port her number. I am trying to get her to stick around, she said that if I can fix the situation she will return her AT&T phone and stick with Sprint.

If I PM you with the account info, will you let me know if this is something that IU can fix for her or if it will be an uphill battle.

Treo 800w - What magic words will get me this phone today?

All of the Sprint stores here have the Treo 800w right now. I was able to take a look at it in a store today, the others I called verified they had it in but all said "can't sell it yet"...

I have a buddy on the East coast that bought one in a Sprint store today, he's not lying, he took a freakin picture of him with it outside the store to rub it in...

So...My question, what "magic words" would I have to use to get my hands on one today?

Roaming Question

If on the Sprint coverage locator it shows an address as "roaming" and the Verizon coverage locator shows the address as "no coverage" and Sprint, Verizon and AT&T are the only significant (that I know of) carriers in the area . . . What network would Sprint be roaming on?

The new QChat... fad?

Personally I think it will be fading away just like the stupid Hybrid phones. Well, they're not completely useless to those that have terrible Nextel cellular coverage and need iDEN walkie-talkie.

The phones are sitting on the shelves mostly because QChat is not available in alot of markets. Unless Sprint is expanding the Rev. A coverage I don't see why people would choose this over Hybrid or regualar Nextel devices.

Replacements for the Muziq, Katana DLX, and RAZR???

I know Sprint is discontinuing the DLX, Muziq, and RAZR. What will the replacements be? I also heard the Q9c, RAZR2, and LG 160 are next to leave. I just can't find any replacements for these phones on-line.

Instinct users

Hey all just wanted to give you a heads up on something with the instinct.

I got the phone the day it came out and I received my first bill with the new phone. I got charged from the moment I activated the phone for call forwarding. So I called into CS and it seems as though it is a known issue with the instinct and they credited it back. The rep was very friendly and even apologized about it, I was very happy to hear that it was a known issue and the rep was up to date with that information.

Just wanted to let you other instinct users out there to be sure and check out your first bill with the instinct.

They did state that they fixed the problem, but i'm not sure as of when. So you may want to watch your first 2 bills at least.

Sprint Premiere Customer

On my account online it says i am a sprint premiere customer but i have not yet received the package that they send you in the mail listing all your benefits and loyalty rewards that people have been getting that have been with sprint along time why have i not gotten my envelope in the mail with the details ??? Any info is appreciated
