2. Take responsibility for the services you use.
If you talk for 3000 minutes on a 1400 minute plan you're going to get charged. Don't say you didn't know. If you subscribe to 10 premium msgs be prepared to pay for it. If you give a 10 year old a phone you better be ready to make out a check for all the games and ringtones he's going to download.
3. Use your phone in reasonable places.
If you're 60 miles in the middle of nowhere or in your basement but you can't figure out why your phone or a certain service isn't working then you probably shouldn't have a cell phone in the fir...

Further studies conducted by me calling customer support for each carrier gave me THIS information:
Sprint: will make you sign a two year commit if you bring in your own sprint phone. (Jerks.) So if you plan on signing up, at least get a free phone with your two year contract, then switch out the phone and sell it on ebay.
Alltel: will let you on a current price plan with no commitment. (This company has some things going well for them.)
T-Mobile: They will make you sign a one year agreement if you bring in your own phone. OR you can do "Flexpay", where you just pay the first month outright....

Someone asks a simple question because they made a mistake.. they say they made a mistake.. they want to know how to go about fixing their mistake..

Let me tell you how stupid some of the Customer Service reps are. I called in one day to get my plan for my BB switched over to the Unlimted email and Data plan for $29.99 the rep told me there was no such thing. I told her there was and she wanted to argue with me that was a surprise. So goes on and says there is only 10meg at 24.99 and unlimted at 44.99 then she tells me that she will prove it calls tech support and a guy comes on and tells me the same what a bunch of dumb A**es. I told her I would call her back when I had black an white prrof. So I searched your own web site for god...

Please explain VZW REPS
I returned a phone to Verizon by fedex and on Jan9th it was signed for at there return place.
they told me they would credit my credit card since that is how I paid for it once I got it. (They looked it up to verify) and now today it is the 17th at 4:00 in the afternoon and I still have no credit to my credit card account. I can see this live since I work at the place my card is issued. What gives.
I can go to walmart and return something and have a credit the next day.
