Well, every time I send a certain amount of text messages, they stop sending until I restart the phone. I have to do this about 4 times a day! This is getting very annoying and the phone is great except for this one little issue. Would anybody know a solution to this problem? Thanks.

My wife and I are considering the switch from Verizon to AT&T specifically for the iPhone. Her mother offered to put us on their existing Family share plan they have through AT&T. This raised a few questions I had in my mind.

They don't currently have a corporate discount, would I still be able to apply my Disney corporate discount?

Will my wife and I get the new user purchase price on the iPhone 3GS 16gb ($199)?

Any other concerns one might have over doing this?

We live close by to her family, so any distance concerns are avoided.

my fuze if freezing and starting to get reeally choppy in performance. i hear about wm 6.5 but havent really looked into it.

is this an upgradeable option for the fuze? and is it worth it if it is? and where can i find the download if it is?

Have you noticed how much the VZW fanboys posts here in AT&T to promote their carrier and respond to people's questions with the answer of "switch to Verizon Wireless!"

Here's my theory:

I go to the AT&T stores a lot, mainly to play with the display phones because its fun. But when I do have something I need to take care of like paying bills, or getting a replacement SIM, I have to wait because the reps are always busy with customers.

Hi there. I recently bought a blackberry and I am past the 30 day mark, so I can't return it. I have had major call issues with the phone and I am looking to sell it on Ebay.

My question is, will AT&T let me get rid of the data plan since I am going back to my Nokia phone? Should I call them and give them the IMEI number off the phone I am switching to? Or am I stuck paying for a blackberry data plan I will no longer be using?

Have any customers ever complained about not being able to use IVR's (e.g banking) and not being able to enter their account numbers ??

I just got off the phone with one of my customers who was trying to buy a Treasury Note....she said that our IVR was not recognizing her account number....when I heard her input her account number, the DTMF tones were very long....therefore, not recognizing her account number.

I am thinking that the problem is with the touch screen, not being able to control the amount of pressure it would take to depress a key on the keypad.

Is this an issue with I-Phones or touch screens in general ??

Im in eastern nc and trying to find some one that can tell me how the coverage is North of HWY 70 in eastern NC all the way up to VA. The coverage map doesn't look real good in those areas, should I suspect it to be bad? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

ATT your really pissing me off. What about stronger 3G coverage everywhere…you know like other carriers.

Hi I had a question. I am on a family talk plan right now under my dads account. because i am not elegible for an upgrade right now, i wanted to open a new line of service with att, and get the phone i want. my question is, once i do all that, is there a way i can swap my new phone number they would give me, for my old on on the family talk account?

If my dad is the account holder on my family talk plan, can he call and switch me to the account holder so i can pay the bill, and increase my credit score?

I am looking for some feedback on how insanely busy it will be when I go to the AT&T stand. They told me when I pre-ordered it that I could pick it up between 7-10 on Friday. They also said they'd call me and/or email the day before to remind me and to confirm they received them. I haven't received that reminder but I'm assuming they are still scheduled to be released to pre-order customers at 7 a.m. tomorrow.

So, is it going to be a mob-scene? Is it like shopping on Black Friday? Should I get there even earlier than 7? I am supposed to be to work at 8, and I'm wondering just how late I'm going to be.

So I get to walk the customer....
