Re: Is it Busy in the Cingular world today?

I have literaly been on hold today since 10 am. I am in blue cust care, trying to get ahold of somebody that can find an order that a cust placed 10 days ago. The cust migrated his existing ATTWS service to ATTWS and added a line of service. There does not appear to be a department that placed his order over the phone but the migration tool shows his line is uneligible to migrate as "This MDN was already ported into Cingular". Although this has given me a lot of free time to consider my current rate plan and service provider lol. Whats going on today???

Help please! appreciate it

My mother just purchased a phone for me yesterday which she is shipping quickly to me here at college. However this is not quite the phone i was looking for and was wondering if theres a brief window in which i can exchange the phone here for something else or pay more to upgrade it etc. The phone has not been activated yet. Its a motorola v180 if that matters.

It's a sad, sad day.....

Today, I had to give up my old media works plan with unlimited data.... â˜šī¸
wife said we've been spending too much on wireless service. I did some MAJOR downgrading. I downgraded so much it makes my nokia 6620 pretty much useless. No more Agile Messenger, no more MMS, no more browsing the internet on my phone. OHHH! THE AGONY!!!!!! 😈

I don't have a media plan, but If I want to send a picture is that cost .25 per message?

How much is a short video message? 270kb is the file size that I was going to send.

I HATE CUSTOMER CARE!!!

I work for SSG (Secondary Sales) and customer care does NOT understand that we are NOT Telesales!!!! We have to hear these customers bi**h and complain for having to be on hold for 30 mins or longer to talk to one of us, just to be told that they were connected with the wrong department! What do they not understand about SSG --- within 30 days and telesales -- new customers or add a line (customers who havent received phones yet and are ORDERING THEM!!!!)

My Account Online

I just established a new account with Cingular about 1 week ago. I have been logging onto my account on Cingular's website and it is telling me that there is no information on my minutes usage. How long do I have to wait until I can monitor my usages online?

Bad Initial Connection

I have a Nokia 6230 with a Philly area code and am using it in New York City. I'd say that 90% of the time I receive a call it is either painfully full of static or I can only hear my own echo and not the caller, and the caller cannot hear me.

After the caller calls back (sometimes twice) the problem is relieved. But that does not seem like it should be happening.

Any thoughts or ideas on the problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

isp..setting on my v551...cant go on ..aim

ive been tryin to go on to aim...but cant seem to log on...once i got as close as to ...it sayin ..signing on...but then it sais connection failed...i know i got my isp settings right...wut can it be??

I have 15-18 lines that I'm thinking of migrating from T-Mobile. I need equipment and blocks of minutes for these lines. Any suggestions on where to start or who to contact? Just found this site and it's really terrific! Thanks for your help.

What is the purpose of the PUK2 code?

I know it can be used in unique situations where the PUK1 code is rejected but does this number have any further use?
