Use the damned PAYSTATION!
I greatly appreciate all my customers and respect them for actually paying their bill, however: What on god's green earth would posses someone to drive 10 miles just to hand me a sealed envelope with a completed check inside? The PayStation has dual purposes: It widdles out the payers from the buyers on busy weekends, and allows customers the independance to walk in and interact with their account without a RSC's interference. If I've got a significant line at the machine, I happily take some at my POS.

My Idea On How AT&T Can Surpass Verizon's Coverage Quickly
🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣
Help. BB Bold. It's driving me crazy!
1- how do I turn off this annoying blinking light? I have to put the phone in a drawer, or face down with a towel on top of when I go to sleep.
2- the screen dims itself most of the time. I like my screen really bright! I haven't been able to find the setting to keep it always bright.
3- I set up my email accounts very easily, but I can't see any emails I got prior to the day I got the Bold.
4- I'm getting faster at typing on in. I like that.
5- my phone switches back and forth between 3G and Edge at home while browsing the net. (I haven't really used it anywhere else yet)
I like the pho...

3G Phones Exposing Networks’ Last-Gen Technology
Slowwwwwww Day.
iPhone 3.0
So is it sad that I, like a lot of iPhone users are excited about features coming soon to their phone that most phones have already had forever...? LOL, oh well, my iPity App made the iPhone worth the money, even without all that "fancy" stuff like MMS and stereo bluetooth....
MMS - .30/msg
Stereo Bluetooth Headsets - $79

Couple of Questions - Upgrading to Nokia E71
I've been using my unlocked Nokia 6300 on the AT&T network for the past several months. I just received my new Nokia E71 and plan to start using it this weekend.
- Since the E71 is a 3G phone, do I need to replace my old SIM card with a new one, or will my old SIM card suffice? (FYI it's a Cingular-branded SIM card that's a few years old.) I've never owned a 3G phone before, so I wasn't sure about whether 3G phones use a different type of SIM card.
- I pay $15.00 per month for the Data Unlimited plan. Can I continue to use this with the E71, or will I be forced to pay $30/month since the E71 is a PDA-type/smart phone?
Thanks in advance for your assistance! 🙂

So what is the deal with ATT & Texas?

So what is the deal, I mean Texas is pretty much flat. Seems pretty easy for a cellular carrier to...cover.
Question about all the VZW fans apparently present in the att forum
Another Good Reason Why "Unlimited Roaming" Is A Fallacy
Since doing that would put VZW over the top in every coverage category, one must ask the question, "why don't they do it?" Simple. It's the money, stupid! Verizon must, like any other wireless company, pick and choose what areas are most needful to c...

SIM Cards
When a customer needs a new SIM card, please check to see if the neighborhhod store is a corporate store. If it is not, please find one or offer to mail one out.
I do not give free SIM cards, I will charge the customer $25 and call you to make a bill credit.
This does not provide a good customer expirence.

IPhone question
New Phone
I would like some input into what my next phone should be. I will be getting an unlocked phone from either ebay or online somewhere. Depending on the phone I get. I was looking at a few phones. Here is a few of them:
Nokia N95 - not sure what model I want if I goes this route.
BB Storm - I kind of like the touch screen on this one.
HTC G1 - I really want this one. But not being able to use 3G kind of turns me away.
If there is a phone that someone recommends please let me know. I am really looking this time.
I don't have to have a touch screen, but it would be nice. Other then that I just want ...
