Are any of the Siemens phones any good? I heard the sound quality and the ringers on them stink. Any info would be helpful.

i have my mms all set up and everything for my v600 but when i get a video from someone and go to the url i click on the play video and it says your handset does not support video? also when i get a picture from someone else i go to the url and hit download and it goes to this page where it says page not accesiable?

She has had this account for five years and has only had one upgrade before this and that was when she went from an analog phone to a digital. She has renewed her contract twice both times on a 2 year. She wanted me to call and get her a new phone because me and my husband both work in phones and she didn't want to wind up with a crappy phone. i've been w/ sprint for over 5 years now, and i'm thinking of jumping ship.

i almost did today, but had some issues. currently, i have 2 phones in one city and 2 more phones in another city - all under one plan. i went to bestbuy today to make the switch, but had some problems. they said that under no circumstance could i have one family plan and have services w/ 2 different area codes. is this correct? they even called cingular.

😁 I think loyal Cingular customers of more than 5 years should get a break on the price of the v600 especially after waiting almost 2 years for it.
I think $150.00 would be more reasonable.

i currently have a nokia 3595. it has the best rf and sound quality i have ever experienced with any cell phone but i like gadgets and this phone has a small crappy color screen and barely has poly ringers (only 4 chords). i want a phone with at least a vga camera, 128*160 65k tft screen and 24chord polys. form factor doesnt matter. i dont want to sacrifice rf and sound quality whick is my reason for this post. which gadget phone can perform for it supposed main purpose (phone calls)? my friend who used to have a 3595 also said the v400 isnt as good. what should i get? i have been thinkin about a v600. any ideas??? any help is appreciated

I was told with the GSM phones, there is a different number to call from your cellphone to access the voicemail, instead of calling your own number.

On my phone, it came programmed with the number 713-822-1599 for voicemail, which is a generic number. My actual cellphone number is something else.

If you call this number from a landline, it will ask you for your cell #. I guess the system is reading the caller ID from the landline and doesn't recongize it as a cellphone.

This is a Houston number and my question is are there more than one of these numbers for the Houston area?

Cingular used to carry some 1900Mhz only GSM phones. What would happen if I use one of those phones today in a 850Mhz area?

I'm in Houston and I believe it is 850Mhz. I have a 850/1900Mhz phone right now but I'm just curious.

If I put my SIM card in a 1900Mhz only phone, will the phone be roaming on another carrier here in Houston? If so, will I get charged roaming with the Nation GSM Plan?

the 6620 is finally showing in my system. we should have it by the end of the summer/early fall.

what's the point is getting this plan? its not like its a package deal, so you get some sort of discount..

the only advantage I see is for Cingular, that if you change text plans (which is normaly a feature) you are now changing plan, and would have to renew..

so please sombody explain what is the benifit of this plan? (I did hear that they might lower the price on the nation plus, that would be good, and make a little sense, is this true?)
