BTW, I should say, this phone is a whole lot nicer than my 7105t phone. If you have read my earlier posts, you will see that the previous one has been nothing but a crash course. With this, I can see the Moving radar on Accu-Weather website.

🤤 I've seen it...the blackberry 8100 will be the tightest phone t-mobile has had. Sleek like a moto slvr, five enabled, super fast internet connection....sure type keyboard, I could go on and on. Man, the screen is rediculous, I guarantee this phone will rock the world(probably just the US but oh well)

Tell me why I've now spent over 6 hours trying to straighten out my account and T-Mob CS people are such morons and I can't believe anything they say?

Use to be T-Mo CS was the best. I've been with this company since the Aerial days, and have stayed largely because of the CS. Now, when I buy a new phone that turns out to be a lemon, I have to spend multiple hours on the home line trying to get a replacement sent out-and the first clown doesn't bother to actually place the order!!

After waiting the (stupid) 3 business days for my replacement that didn't arrive, I call back and find out that since I complained about not getting overnight delivery, the bonehead didn't actually enter the order. So I had a real order for a replacement order...

If i need data service should i switch from cingular? I live in the santa barbara area.

Got an unlocked razr v3 on e-bay recently. Phone only shows cingular as available network no matter where I am. Phone shows the roaming triangle. Called t-mobile customer service, they said that they have an agreement with cingular to use their towers - so no problem?!? How do I force the phone to find and stay on t-mobile network? I don't think it's a coverage problem, since my other phone shows full bars on t-mobile network?

Does anyone know of any talk about t-mobile launching PTT? Just curious.

I have a Samsung T809 (or maybe 807?) phone that I got via Amazon.com in March. I activated a 1 year plan at the time. Anyways, now I want a Blackberry 8700g and would like to add it to my curent Tmobile account. It is $299 on Tmobile.com with new service plan. On Amazon.com it is $50 with new service activation. My question is, if I got the 8700g through Amazon.com, activated the new service, and then call to use my current SIM and phone number on the Blackberry? Of course they won't be willing to do it, but will extending my contract for another year give me any chance? Thanks.

In March I was looking at new phones. My choices were either the PEBL w/ T-mobile or the SLVR w/ Cingular. I went with the SLVR. Here is why. I really liked the PEBL b/c no one around here has one and it is very different. Well i wanted to do a coverage check to see about T-mobile's service around my house. I brought it home and I got HORRIBLE reception. But then again where I live every cell phone company gets bad reception. So I decided to not go with the PEBL. I was wondering if T-mobile service has gotten any better and will it get better by the beginning of 2007?

I *personally* dont believe that cingular's not ganna stay on top much longer for these 3 reason's:

#1. Cingular is ganna start charging its AT&T customer's $5 to stay with their phone & plan. Once that happens we all can agree that 99% of them will not stay with cingular after their contract with AT&T is up.

#2. Cingular is currently going through a lawsuit in california for purposely degrading the AT&T Network and forcing customers to switch to their GSM Network. Cingular promised both at&t cusotmers & cingular customers that both networks will be maintained and only get better. How unfair dont ya think?

#3. The Cingular brand name will be changed to the AT&T brand name here in the near future due to the recent merger of Bellsouth...

"Three men who were found with 1,000 pre-paid cell phones have been arraigned on terrorism related charges. The men have Texas drivers licenses, but were found in Michigan attempting to buy 80 TracFone handsets from Wal-Mart using cash. Authorities were alerted of the suspicious behavior and checked the suspects' rental car, inside were more than 1,000 of the phones all stripped from their packaging.

Police in Caro, Michigan, said the men were arrested early Friday and were being held on charges of "providing material support for terrorism and obtaining information of a vulnerable target for the purposes of terrorism."

The wife of one suspect said her husband was going to resell the phones in Texas for approximately $5 profit per phone...
