$39.99/1500 minute plan is back

The 1500 minute no n/w $39.99 plan is back. According to RCR News it is in response to Cingular's 1000 min $39.99 plan (http://rcrnews.com/news.cms?newsId=25945).

According to RCR new or current customers can do one year contracts.

Will the V3X RAZR technologies work over here?

I'm looking into getting the Motorola RAZR V3X imported from Europe.

I was wondering, if imported, from Europe to USA(FL specific) if all the features will work.

I don't imagine them to work but I was just wondering? I contacted T-mobile directly and they said the real-time video calling and the "Screen3" live newscast features will not work because their network is not G3 capable yet. However, T-mobile already has a G3 equivalent: EDGE.

So is it possible that it'll work or what?

I assume that the texting, MP3 player, cameras, and other normal stuff work because they are not carrier based.

However, will the full internet work...like will I be able to scroll full web pages and web access with it? Because internet is available o...

Best deal for a renewing Customer?

I am considering renewal but T-Mobile treats existing customers like *@#$ when they want to buy a phone. The deals are horrible. New customers get way better pricing. Where (or what department) can I go to, or call, to get the best possible deal? I don't want to leave but if I'm signing a 2 year agreement anyway I may as well do it with a company thats giving me the best deal. Any suggestions!

The Wizards of Customer Care

Hey guys, I work at a corporate store, and I have been noticing how many people continue to call a direct dealer concerning the problems that need to be addressed by customer care. For some reason, there seems to be a great number of people who either don't know or for some reason are afraid to call customer care, and instead call a store to ask questions that we often cannot help them with.

For example, we get many calls concerning problems with their phones. As a direct dealer we really cannot do very much unless we can physically see the phone and test it in the store. Also we get a myriad of questions about specific details on their plans or billing. Again, at the store we have limited information regarding these issues, and the c...

Test this voice mail function for me please?

Hi Everyone,

Could anyone out there please test a voice mail function for me?

You are supposed to be able to speed up and slow down playback of a message by pressing either "66" (to speed up) or "44" (to slow it down). The more you press it the more it speeds up or slows down.

It doesn't seem to work for me.

Here's the web page on T-Mobile that states it, it's also mentioned in the help function when you press "0".

I'm embroiled in this battle with tech support where they say it works but it's very subtle! Sorry, but that just doesn't jibe with me. I've used many voice mail systems where you could speed up the playback huge amounts if you want to...and slow it dow...

Too many Samsucks and Motos!!!

Will T-Mobile ever wake up and offer a better selection??? They have Nokias but they suck. Booooooring. The 6010 is ancient and the 6101 is too god damn basic and a clamshell!!!! Who the f*ck wants a Nokia clamshell, thats not what they're known for!

What the f*ck ever happened to their relationship with Sony Ericsson too? What about Sharp???

T-MobileWeb on MDA

Does anyone know a way to make T-MobileWeb or T-zones work on the MDA? I don't need the full T-Mobile Internet package because most of my internet use will be done over Wi-Fi, but I do want to continue to have on-demand access for light use. If I have to pay $20+/month for a service I can get for $5 I think I'll have no option but to return the MDA and either switch to a non "smart" phone and pair it with a Bluetooth PDA or change carriers.

It's about time

Well T-Mobile has stepped up to the plate it seems and has finally redesigned there website to compete with the big boys. It is nicely done and easy to navigate through. There is also a moveable slideshow of phones right at the main homepage so you don't have to click your way through any longer to view the phones. It is set up very similar to Cingular's site. Check it out! What do you all think? Is this the beginning of T-Mobile's push toward respectibility and movement in wireless? Time will tell.

T-Mobile Service is BAD....NO, ITS HORRIBLE!

I'm taking T-Mobile to small claims court as they sold me service in an area where there is no service (Bastrop, TX). One can't make calls anywhere in the downtown area of Bastrop.
I called T-Mobile, sent them certified letters and they would do nothing to remedy it. When I canceled they wrote me I'd still have to pay a termination fee. Don't get in the crutches of T-Mobile, they're horrible and lack in customer service and service area as well. If you're like me and get a cancelation fee, just take them to small claims court. Its cheaper and sends them the message you won't be taken advantage of.
