What is the difference?

What is the difference in hourly pay between a part time sales rep and a full time sales rep?

Thanks.

let's get right down to it...

I'm working for a certain company (indirect) who isn't the most spectacular right now... i want to switch jobs.

if i'm looking at COR for T-mo, what can i expect? pay scale in the AZ market? I'm on pain killers for my back, so is a drug test required? usually companies don't let you work if you're on percocet, even for pain.

now, getting to the bare bones of things, obviously, what is the pay rate? (az if possible?) how are benefits? how long does an activation take you? what percentage do you make on accessories? percentage on act's and upg's?

the most important things to me are: how well are the stores supported? i take it from your JD powers scores you are given all necessary tools to do CS work? including troubleshooting? What...

Verizon vs. Sprint vs. T-Mobile

πŸ˜•

I have decided to leave Verizon because they REFUSE to sell me an unlimited text package and the overages are KILLING me.

I am trying to decide if Sprint or T-Mobile will be better for me, and I'm really not sure.

I live in Phoenix, travel a lot, and I'm on my phone constantly. I will need e-mail, web browsing, and all of that stuff too.

Any feedback here or privately will be greatly appreciated.

Justin

Buying a Phone Overseas

I'm going to Korea in a few months and have been following some of the upcoming PDA phone releases. As we all know, the US seems to get them last, and while buying through mobilebee.com or other online merchants presents availability, is it cheaper to just buy the phone myself in asia? Would they even sell a usuable GSM phone in the US (850/1900 version) for sale if they have the same phone which is used on other frequencies over there? Some phones I was considering were the Sony M600, Nokia E61 and 9300, Samsung i320 and Moto Q (doubtful due to CDMA release first). Any suggestions would be great.

what kind of grief could this cause me?

How can I get the t809 to work on the Cingular network?
For GPRS/EDGE:
Type *#87927# which enters the phone into hidden Browser Profile menu.
Go to 2 Profile settings and select it.
Go to Profile 2 and edit it with the Cingular settings:
GPRS
Profile Name: Express
Home URL: http://device.home
Bearer: GPRS Only
Proxies: Enabled

Go to GPRS settings (ignore GSM settings as Cingular doesn't need them)

Port: 8080
APN: wap.cingular
User Name: [email protected]
(All upper case)
Password: CINGULAR1
(All upper case)
Go back to the current profile and select the one you changed, save and exit.

Someone's Sidekick 3 review

http://sidekick3.blogspot.com/ »

If this is true about the screen resolution, then I was right. The SK3 pics show that the screen resolution looks SK2-ish.

Sidekick 3 Review

Brief background on me and Sidekick 1. I have followed the Sidekick since it first came out. I was a big fan of the original, buying one a few months after it was released. I felt it offered superior functionality over the Blackberry, Palm offerings of the time. I liked the "soap-bar" form factor and even though it was a little thick to fit nicely in my pocket, I became addicted to picking it up and sliding the screen up to access email, the web, and its slick little web browser. Even the fact that it was black & white was no bother to me, the ease of

What would you choose?

If you had 2 offers from 2 different carriers, which one would you take?

Verizon Wireless, $6.00 more per hour, 40hrs per week, OPS position, No commission.

T-Mobile, $6.00 less per hour, 30hrs per week (could be full time real soon) Sales Position, No cap on commission.

T-Mobile best throw down and be ready to bankroll

April 1, 2006
Wireless Week

When the FCC auctions off spectrum this summer, one of the companies standing in line to write a check will be T-Mobile USA, which sees the spectrum as its key to the future.

The FCC auction involves spectrum in the 1710-1755 MHz bands, paired with 2110-2155 MHz. Analysts estimate the auction will generate between $10 billion and $15 billion.

Neville Ray, senior vice president of T-Mobile USA's engineering operations, said in an interview with Wireless Week that the nation's fourth-largest carrier is excited to get into the bidding. "We will be an active participant in that auction," Ray says, "and we intend to bolster the spectrum holdings we have. We hope it is realistic pricing."

T-MOBILE AND 2 YR COMMITMENT & UPGRADES

T-MOBILE AND 2 YR COMMITMENT & UPGRADES

I know most hate the 2 yr commitment. Just it sounds like any other carrier. What would you guys think about the 18 month commitment?

I hear it from customers all day long. I don’t know how to share it with T-mobile.
I work in a shopping center and I get about 20 customers a day, asking for the phone prices on upgrade. It got so bad that I had to set up a computer facing the customers and show them how to check for the phone prices, they are ok with the prices, but when, they see the 2 yr contract icon, they freak out, for two reasons they think the warranty on the phone is for one year, after I assure them that they can get another phone in year, they think two year is too long. Please stand ...

T-Mobile USA has "Officially" Launched 2-year Contracts!

This sucks. Now, they are following everybody else with the 2-year contract idea.

http://www.t-mobile.com/shop/plans/?direct=true »

Get great value with the most minutes. National plans give you free domestic long distance and no digital roaming charges anywhere across the US. All individual plans require a two-year contract. ”‘

Prices exclusive to T-Mobile.com and valid only with new service activation. Get More 1500 Plan not available in Philadelphia, Houston, or Dallas/Fort Worth markets.

”‘ For a 1-year contract, call 1-877-387-4324 or visit one of our T-Mobile stores.

T-Mobile phone won't auto update time for DST...

Hi, I've got a Moto Razr purcahsed through T-mobile and so does my wife... Here phone has auto updated for DST today and set ahead one hour. My phone has however not. Auto Update is on, I did check. I can set it myself, but it's kind of annoying that it's not working.

I tried calling 611 and it even tells me the correct time, but the phone still displays an hour behind. Also, her phone is about a minute ahead of mine... Does T-Mobile have some OTA programming number like VZW does for instances like these where it resyncs to the towers? Thanks in advance.

ATTENTION ALL DEALERS TIRED OF GETTING RIPPED OFF!!

Okay, I finally just snapped. This is for every dealer who is tired of not getting paid for acts and add-ons. Last month I had 6 activations that were submitted to corrections that I never got paid for. The month before, another 3! Keep in mind, the corrections were submitted 3 times! I have grown weary with not getting credit for family message bundles, single line message plans, and so on. I am not wanting to get paid for sales I never made, nor do I get frustrated with missing one or two add-ons. However, consistently I have been missing out on anywhere from $50 - $200 dollars in activations and feature attachments. THIS IS A CALL TO ARMS!! I am challenging all dealers to be absolutely meticulous in all their add-ons and acts and...
