I JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH A TMOBILE REP, AND ASKED ABOUT COVERAGE AND HE TOULD ME THAT THIS YEAR TMOBILE IS GOING TO PUT UP MORE TOWERS THEN EVER. TMOBILE IS MOSTLY GOING TO BE PUTING UP TOWERS IN SOMEWHAT SAMLL TOWNS AND THE SUBBIRBS

This applies to all customers not just sprint, cause I'm sure you are all the same. What gave you the idea that you could just come in and start demanding and negotiating for what you want? This is not a car dealership, we don't take your old phones and "bid" them on trade ins. We don't have "asking prices" listed by the phones---we have regular price and rebate price. You get the rebate if you qualify for it, not cause you got your phone wet and don't want to pay full price to replace it. Also, there is no guarantee w/ anyone that your CELL PHONE will work everywhere, this includes in your house or trailer (for most of you) or other buildings. I was just informed that the sidekick II is no longer available to order and that tmobile is telling my company it should be replaced by the sidekick III sometime in june. That is all~

We have been unable to access "set up my email" (Blackberry) since Tuesday and no one at TNO seems to know when it will be fixed, and they can't swtich a Blackberry device until it is fixed.

Wow, this is frustrating. Any internal TMO people out there have any kind of news by chance?

why does tmobile make their hiring practices so annoying? i've been for over a year trying to leave sprint for tmobile and i can never catch a break with the req numbers system...oh well, just my rant for the day

Not that happy with it.

Battery life- 11am fully charged -7pm officially dead. Sat in standby mode all day with the exeption of 2 text messages that i recieved.(i didnt give the battery 2 full life cycles but how much more battery life can it possibly have?)

Reception- Just like the side kick2(which doesnt say much)

Ease of use- It would be better if you can customize your home screen more. You cant use this phone while driving because you need two hands to do most functions.

Sidekick 2 has an easier keyboard to use because it has an separate row of keys for numbers. On this phone you have to hit shift then push the number u want.

I used AIM. It was ok, but it was much easier to use AIM on the side kick. That rolly wheel tha...

I found out this morning that the RAZR is discontinued because of defects. Kinda sad... but im wondering, are only the T-mobile RAZRs crap or all RAZRs including unlocked (direct from motorola) and cingular?

I just noticed they are right behind VZW? This JUST happened....

I work for direct retail, and we just got the message to NOT sell any more Razrs whatsoever. Not as upgrades, not with no acts, never, ever. The Razrs that Motorola sent out after February 1st are all defective. There's something wrong with the screens, they eventually stop working. You know what kind of hell this causes on the retail sales reps and worst of all to the customers? What a damn atrocity. Any of you guys that have seen my other posts know how much I hate Motorola, but I always believed that they finally did the right thing with the Razr. I guess I was wrong, and I was also right in that Motorola SUCKS, and I should have only sold Nokia and Samsung because they seem to make good phones that last, especially Nokia.

I am a cingular customer and I want to get an internet plan for my cell phone. I am trying to decide if I should stay with cingular and add Media Net or switch to T-Mobile and add t-zones.

t-zones appears to be way cheaper than Media Net. Are these services the same? or t-zones offers a watered-down internet???

DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT HAPEEN TO THE 2 YEAR CONTRACT COMING FOR NEW CUSTOMERS??

There are so many folks asking about phones that are tri & quad bands and work internationally.... why bother?

It's a huge ripoff to bring your TMO phone with you overseas. Even if you don't answer your phone, you get whacked for call DELIVERY and then AGAIN if you let the call go to voicemail (charge to send back to USA). In Europe that's 1.98/min (.99 x 2)!!! In Greece it's $2.98/min ($1.49 x 2) even Canada is crazy at $.98/min (.49 x 2)...

If you complain TMO reps advise to turn your phone OFF to avoid roaming or use unconditional call forward, but why buy an Int'l phone then?

(And in Europe TMO is a huge network, you'd think the company could offer it's USA & EURO divisions a deal?)
