what is the difference between the the new motorola v550 and the v330?....is it just the weight?

Does anyone know if T-Mobile plans to carry any smartphones with the Windows Mobile 5.0 operating system (and when)? I saw info on the HTC Universal phone and the Samsung i300 that are supposed to have the new operating system, but does anyone know if T-Mobile might carry either of these phones or similar ones?

Should i go ahead and buy the Motorola V330 now (because i like all of its features) or should i wait untill the summer and see what new t-mobile are coming out? 😕

How exactly does the mp3 player work on the cell phones, and how do u get them to your phone?

Smart Access customer calls in with a suspension, I advise him it's due to a recent upgrade request from his MyTMobile account. He says he went to a dealer (doesn't know if direct or indirect and couldn't give me enough info to figure it out, but draw your own conclusions) and they told him his new phone would cost 100.00, which he paid to them. Then they ask for his MyTMobile password, log in to his account and order a 170.00 phone--no payment to the account, and of course he suspends as soon as the charges hit the account. I called customer care earlier today and asked if T-Mobile will be launching any new services like PTT. The guy said "I am not sure let me check" . . . so he searches and after a few mins he says "I don't think so, nothing came up as PTT for T-Mobile" then he was interested in where I got this information and I told him "Phonescoop.com". Right before he types in the site's address he says "Wait I think I found something". He goes and opens it and tells me what it says . . . "T-Mobile has regional and national calling centers and that there is a calling center in the eastern U.S.A (he couldn't tell me exaclty which state or location . . . b/c I guess it's "top secret") that their employees in that center are testing out some phones and the PT...

Okay . . . I just had a gentleman come into my store with an ancient Nokia phone from Voicestream. He wanted to know if I could sell him a battery for his phone. I told him that unfortunately we no longer carried the batteries for that model, and asked him why he didn't upgrade. He said that that might be a good idea, thanked me, and then said he was going to go talk to the Voicestream people and walked out of my store.

I was kind of confused for a second, and then I realized - he didn't know that Voicestream was now T-Mobile!

A rep I talked to earlier today confirmed that the Nokia flip phone they are expecting is the Nokia 6101 and it will be launched sometime in July. Also he said that the Razr will probably be both the sliver & black so they can give the freedom for consumers to choose which one they want and that it should be out between Sept ish-Oct ish.

I know if u buy a SK2 from t-mobile you have to get the $20 plan with it...

but.....if u buy it from an indirect dealer and put ur current sim card in it, will the phone work w/o the sk2 data plan?

I just checked mytmobile.com and I noticed that it s now taking minutes from me for dialing 611 on my handset, but ironically it says customer care, with a 1-888#. It took 15 minutes from me. Then I call up and they said that their customer service number is a 1-800#. I know that already, I said. I told her its a tmobile number, cause I called it, and it routed me to the new automated new answering system.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Log on to t-mobile.com/mytmobile, and check to see.

I heard that t-mobile WILL NOT launch the Samsung E865...last minute decision...and instead we'll get the E635...can someone comfirm this????

Not that many wallpapers but thats why we have T-Zones

One of my friends was given a Razr over the weekend to test. He said that everything on it worked great. His only complaint was that it only held 35 sms, where as his Nokia held a LOT more, and the Treo holds an almost infinite amt (he's at 2000 sms so far). He did state, however, that he wouldn't buy it b/c it's a Motorola. 😛

I was curious how the sidekick on pre paid works. I went to an authorized dealer and he didn't really know about the pre paid. Do I have to buy the phone at full retail, and also how does the dollar a day work? Do they just take it out of your checking account? Any info would be great.

Does anyone know anything definitive on a release date for this phone? I'm real anxious to get one, but I don't do the whole unlocked thing. I'd rather have the specific carrier release it first.
