I was reading the part of the manual that tells you about charging your phone it says you can leave the travel charger connected to your phone even if it says charging complete it will not harm your battery. Does this mean I can leave it charging over nite without me overcharging the battery?Thanks!

I was also wondering if anyone knew if, and when T-Mobile was planning to put stores in North Carolina? I know there's service with T-Mobile through roaming from Cingular, but I was wondering if there may be any plans to extend their stores and local numbers to NC?

I'm a sales rep in Chicago. Due to maintenance on 35 towers in the Chicago land area service is completely out. It was supposed to be done by 7AM CST but its 10 now and CC says its still an open job. *ugh* I really can't afford to have a whole Saturday shot. Hope those techs are is good as I'm going to believe they are...for now.

I'm getting a little frustrated. It doesn't seem like any of them comprehend the difference between and indirect dealer and a corporate store sales employee. They constantly refer to me as a "dealer" on the phone with them, and cop an attitude until I can get it through their heads "Hey, listen! I work for T-Mobile just like you do!"
Case in point: Today I called in to double check on upgrade eligibility for a customer who was in the middle of a contract but hadn't had a phone upgrade since 2003. It looked like he should be eligible for full discount, but I called CC to double check and to have them note the account about it. This guy talks to me as if I were the dumb one and says that he's not in the 11th month or greater of contrac...

Has anyone noticed that the Samsung E715 has been discontinued by T-Mobile? Since, when has this happened?

This is the end for tmobiles insurance it went from 3.99 to 5.99 per month and now if i lose my a630 i have to pay $110 for the deductible 😳 I'm done telling people its worth it cus its a lode of crap 😛

Does anyone seem to think that one manufacturer of phones has an advantage over others in the GSM area? Or are Samsung, Nokia, Motorola, etc. all pretty well balanced andit just depends on the carrier?

So I have used t-mo prepaid for around a year and was totally happy with it until my phone died. I decided to see what my deposit would be at t-mo and they wanted $500!!! Well, the rep suggested that I go to Sprint and actually walked with me over to their kiosk and introduced me to her friend that worked there and he totally hooked me up with a reasonable deposit, decent phone and a plan that im so far happy with ( not to mention 2 months of free internet and txt) I realize that she did not have to do this (especially for someone with credit as bad as mine) I know she lost a sale but I really appreciate her going above and beyond what she needed to do to the point of actually walking me over to the kiosk...that was very kind.

Ok so I've had my SK II for about 5 months now, I ordered it by phone. Initially they didn't ship it and it was "stuck" at the warehouse. I called on the arrival date, and was told it didn't ship. Then I ended up getting two by mistake. Called and was told to send the 2nd one back. That turned out to be the one they had set up on my new account. After about 3 days of calls etc, we got it up and running. And for a whild it was the coolest thing since sliced bread. Then there were the "hacking" issues, that lasted a couple of months. I am going to switch over from Verizon because there plans are expensive and their phones suck. How much is the deductable for insurence? How do your phone upgrades work to get a phone for promo price? Is insurence worth it? Thanks

Just curious why T-Mobiles insurance is going up so much? When they only have you sign one year contracts what is the point in me paying 5.99 per month and then 110 for a deductible to have my phone replaced with a refurb. Needless to say my insurance is going to be dropped because I have 3 phones around I can use until my contract becomes up for renewal. If I decide to renew.
