HTC Touch Pro 2, and HTC DASH 3G Leaked in new T-mobile add!

Yes the new T-mobile add includes the HTC Touch Pro 2, and the HTC Dash 3G and I say, they both look sweet. I might pick up the Dash 3G as a backup phone to my Curve 8900.

T-Mobile Unlock

I was planning on purchasing a Sony Ericsson z500, but I wanted to know if T-Mobile can get unlock codes for phones they don't carry, or if I have to find a different way to unlock it (if, of course, it comes locked to AT&T at all. I'm still not sure if it will or not.)

If anyone knows, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks,
Tracy

Indoor coverage

Just got a question regarding indoor coverage.

I just noticed today that I didn't get any indoor coverage where I was and the person next to me with AT&T had coverage. And on the T-mobile coverage map it shows I am covered.

Any ideas?

This message is not to provoke anything. No phone bashing or provider bashing comments.

Thanks!

Is there a catch to the unlimited plan?

So I thought I remember reading a few months that there was a catch to the unlimited $50 plan. Is that correct, is there a catch? Also, is there now a unlimited family plan?

Any help is great, thanks,

Any word on the "upcoming QWERTY Nokia"?

I saw this phone mentioned a while back as soon to come to Tmo; seeing if anyone knows which one it is at this point. I know there is the 5730 I think it is that has the twin in the E75(?) and that looks nice, but not sure if that is the one which Tmo will carry.

Memoir or G1 or New Sidekick

I was just about to switch to At&T because TMobile customer service pissed me off....a long story that will raise my blood pressure if I talk about it more...when I was told about the unlimited plan. I was sucked into the great plan and now I figure I will stay and "forgive" Tmobile for now.
Question is, I have had my old phone for over 2 years and it's about ready to implode.
I've been checking this site and I've narrowed it down to the top three phones.

This is what I really am looking for in a phone;

Size, PHONE RECEPTION and durability.

Phone reception is the most important thing to me.
Honestly, I work at a computer so I have internet via my laptop any time of the day so it's not that important to me.
I know that it's ...

Catherine Zeta-Jones comes back to T-Mobile!

http://www.t-mobile.com/company/PressReleases_Articl ... »

If you are like me, you were sad to see T-Mobile sever ties with Catherine Zeta-Jones in 2006. When I had T-Mobile, I always enjoyed watching CZJ on our ads because she kicked butt advertising the service.

T-mobile has brought her back for their mobile makeover campaign! I hope this is not a one time stint and that she will return as a regular for T-Mobile's ad campaigns because no other wireless carrier sports a celebrity endorsement. (USC had Joan Cusack, but they seemed to drop her awhile back).

Here's to hoping T-Mo will keep ...

Currently own BB - is Google/Android better?

--------------------------------------------- -----------------------------------

Anybody out there used or using both? I have played around briefly with the G1 in the store, currently have a BB-flip...thinking of either waiting for the G2 or getting the BB-8900.

I have a BB for awhile now...am used to it and like it, but thinking some of the app's and things the G1 or G2 can do would be fun/useful. E-mail is important to me, but have been advised only Google e-mail is pushed...have an AOL account, so that would be pulled every few minutes. Not a heavy internet/web browser, but do use it some. Also concerned if even the G2 will be heavy or a pocket-full compared to the BB-8900. Also battery life. Not sure about how good the touch-screen...

My 4year old T309 is dieing! Anythingout there that will even come close?

A few months back in here i wrote that my SGH-309 was alive and well after 3+ years of use and abuse! Then Murphys LAW sets in! I can not find another 309 to save my life.. After seeing my families and friends switch/uPgrade and recieve nurmous PC fones, PDAs and all these fancy smancy fones that basically wont last more than 3mos, i really want to stay simple simple simple! Reading reveiw after reveiw, I cannot find a phone that is somewhat comparible to the T309! I know why (at least i think) the T309 was discontinued... A company cant make money if it doesnt need replaced evry 3 to 6mos for an uPgrade that will sneak another $50.00 to $200.00 out of your pockets each time!

I need a flip, that still gets Tzones (at least til TMO tot...

Tmobile's USB Stick internet plan is great! If you are a millionaire

$59.99 a month for 5GB, whatever 5GB means (nobody knows how many websites you can click on without going over the 5GB), plus the $50 you pay for the stick itself.

You wouldn't be able to keep track of the GB, (or MB) incurred at any given point unless you call customer service.

Again, a great bargain, if you are Bill Gates.

3G Expansion in Mesa Arizona

I don't know if they are activated yet, but Ive been seeing crews doing work on dozens of T-mobile towers in the Mesa area. Ive noticed one of the antennas has been either replaced or another one added to these towers being worked on. Presumably they are being upgraded to 3G. Im using a 3G iPhone right now but if the 3G coverage on Tmob gets decent enough I wouldnt mind saving 25 bucks a month on voice and data by switching over. I use like 150 minutes a month, ATT doesnt have a 29.99 plan unless your a senior, which Im not, and unlimited text and data is 15 bucks a month cheaper
